and yes, there are plenty of other delicious things to eat there, BUT if you want a great prime rib, think of The Prime Rib first - I have never been let down by the food or staff...

Worst

Im a steak buff. Love Rays, Mortons, Sam and Harry's and Ruth Chris. Pros: good steaks, nice atmosphere Cons: poor service, lazy staff, better experiences elsewhere.

the best in the city, it is a little noisy but the service and food make up for it. You always have to wait even with a reservation, this is the only down to the place Pros: great food, great service Cons: long wait at the bar, reservation req., noisy more

Will Never Go Again! 9/26/2002

We went to the Prime Rib for a special occasion and were neglected miserably. We received no bread (though the obviously more wealthy patrons did) and had to beg for service. We got one drink, that's it, no offers for more. It was so crowded, the waiter's coattails were nearly in our food. My fish was dried out and tasteless. We were presented with our bill before I even finished my dessert! All this for over $125 for two people. Their website said to e-mail comments, which I did and received no response. I also sent a detailed letter by postal mail; no response. What a waste of money! Pros: piano Cons: Expensive, Crowded, Poor service more
