Review content:
We went to the Prime Rib for a special occasion and were neglected miserably. We received no bread (though the obviously more wealthy patrons did) and had to beg for service. We got one drink, that's it, no offers for more. It was so crowded, the waiter's coattails were nearly in our food. My fish was dried out and tasteless. We were presented with our bill before I even finished my dessert! All this for over $125 for two people. Their website said to e-mail comments, which I did and received no response. I also sent a detailed letter by postal mail; no response. What a waste of money!
