Worst

I got my eyebrows shaped and also got a manicure at the pointe. My eyebrows looked pretty good but the manicure was pretty bad. I could have done better myself. I'll go again to...

A Very Enjoyable Day 1/7/2003

I do agree with the comment about the sound proofing in some of the rooms, but overall, I had a wonderful day at this spa. Not only can you enjoy spa selections, but you have access to the entire facility during the day of your spa visit. The staff was very nice and made my day very relaxing. It was a nice break to have someone waiting on my for a change!! The only thing I didn't like was having to walk between the spa and the locker room in my robe down a public hallway, other than that, a great place to relax. Horrible Noise Pollution for Massages 11/28/2002

When I attended the spa, it was so loud. There was no luxury involved. I could hear kids running down the hall. The Pointe does have its niche, which is beautiful I must admit, but for the other rooms that I have been in for massages, it could have used some sound proofing. Some of the rooms are connected to the locker rooms; which can be a good thing, but I did not want to hear outside conversations. I spent my day at Pumpkin Ridge 11/24/2002

I flew in for the day to play Pumpkin Ridge golf coarse and sent my wife to this Day Spa on the coarse's recommendation. She loved it. Apparently Hilsboro Oregon is sporting a world-class Day Spa. And, for all you golfers..they'll give your wife the run of the athletic club for the day too..so she can easily spend 6 hours there..workout, massage, lunch.... Absolute heaven 8/26/2002

What a way to spend my 30th birthday. My best friends and I all got scrubbed, massaged and painted, and LOVED every minute of it. The little things were the best, like the AMAZING robes (I HAD to buy one afterwards) and the yummy thai chicken salad, delivered to me while I was pampered. The shower room is the best part, though. All by yourself in this beautiful oasis with water flowing all around you. Everyone was friendly and comfortable. There was a little confusion when it came to adding up the bill at the end of the day, but we worked it all out. I got my eyebrows shaped and also got a manicure at the pointe. My eyebrows looked pretty good but the manicure was pretty bad. I could have done better myself. I'll go again to see if it was an off day for the manicurist, but I was not impressed. Pros: Beautiful interior more

i first went to the pointe because it was in the gym i attend and could utilize their childcare, but now it is the ONLY place i would choose!! the technicians are wonderful, experienced and friendly and chatty when you want to be and even better respect your need to relax (which is why most of us are there, anyway!)my choice for BEST SPA!!! Outstanding!!! 8/8/2002

The Pointe Day Spa is absolutely outstanding!! One step into the spa lobby and you know you are in another world, a world of quiet, relaxation and pampering! The Classic European Touch Facial was heavenly, the technician was highly educated in her field. I learned alot about my skin and skin care with this facial. She did great waxing on my eyebrows and I even decided to have a lash tint-no more mascara! This is definitely a #10 Day Spa!!!! Pros: Beautiful, Atmosphere, Athletic Club access Cons: Not open 24 hours more

I have experienced many spas and have never gotten the attention that the staff gives me at this one! The robes are wonderful, the club is beautiful and the spa is gorgeous. I recommended getting a pedicure with lunch. It is presented beautifully. I recommend Angie! She is great, but I have had other technicians and they are all great! I took three friends to this spa. We enjoyed every minute! The spa is inside this very spacious athletic club and can be a bit intimidating. We had such a good time. We loved our wraps! I especially loved the papaya chocolate mud wrap. It smelled like I could eat it. Enough. Great Job by this spa. Pros: price, environment, easy to get to Cons: have to plan ahead more

Call it the 'DIS A POINTE MENT"" I was embarassed when I took my friend there on there birthday. The conceirge was rude, and chewing on food while helping us. I will tell people to go some where else that is more professional and treats people better. My husband owns his own company and he would never treat his customers the way that the ""Dis a Pointement "" trears their clients! more

I go to Hthworn Farm Athletics Club, and think the spay is wonderful. So peacful, quite, and as much of paradise you can get without going on a trip. The prices are good, too. Pros: Average priceing, kind and caring more

Getting a massage there was great with Jake, The pedicure with Terri was very relaxing and enjoyable. The food from the Bistro was fabulous. Please keep up the great work. I will return for more. I have been in this spa many times over the last yr and the only problem that has ever occurred is that I didn't plan far enough ahead...oops my fault. and even when booking in advance they give you a nice reminder call as well. Pros: friendly, awesome atmostphere, relaxing Cons: on max line, convienence, reasonably priced more
