I am very impressed with the organization and professionalism of this company. I called at 8:00am this morning because my gas furnace went out and the tech showed up 30 minutes later. Mike was very professional and explained what happened, why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He had the part in the truck and my furnace was working less than 90 minutes of my original call. more

Its obvious that all these great reviews are 110% true. I have been using Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years for my home in Valley Stream and commercial properties on Long Island. My gas boiler was flooded in the hurricane 9/16/2011

Another company wanted over $11,000 to replace my gas boiler. My sister told me to try Pipe Doctor. The owner, Mike, came to my house and the estimate was $5,000 less! Of course, I questioned it. But now, one week later, I have a new boiler and tankless water heater in my basement. Everything looks and works perfectly. more

Good: The plumber was at my front door in less than 30 minutes.. Bad: I had to call twice because during the first call the voicemail system was confusing. I pressed 1 the first time and got no answer. When I called back, I pressed 9 for emergencies. Improvements: Better voicemail system. Other: Mike, the plumber who came to my house, was very nice and fully explained everything to me. As he was leaving, he even helped me move the air conditioner that my son took out of the window and brought it to the garage for me. What a nice guy!. more

My gas boiler died and I called this company. They came ontime the same day. An hour later my house boiler was working again. Thanks PIpe Doctor. more

the pipe doc is straight up professional 8/15/2010

i had a small leak from the toilet tank and not only were these guys at my home in under 2 hours, they charged me under a hundred bucks because it took them 2 minutes to fix. more
