The Perfect Image Photography

I Just got married on October 8th 2011 at the Atkinson Country Club. The perfect image was one of their vendors. The Atkinson Country Club does not recommend clients who spend good money to a vendor with terrible service. I gave them a call and met with Vladi. I was introduced to his studio and saw the work that he has done all over his gallery. I was very pleased. I have done research on many photographers, and found not only he was the best in clarity as well with prices.We chose him. Then one day i went on the site and saw some horrible reviews that i found quite disturbing. I immediately made a phone call to him. He was quick and eager to answer my concerns about reviews that i have read. Let me tell you that my concerns were no longer concerns after a long discussion. We went on with this vendor, and all who were involved in my wedding were very pleased. Guest at my wedding also commented on how nicely the pictures were done. Not only were they done excellent, the photographer Did everything i asked for and then some. So to the ones who have made horrible reviews, let me go by saying, 1. This may be a personal issue with yourselves for example not photogenic, or just to picky. In the real world you can't please everyone, but to go on saying that this was a horrible vendor and not recommend them to anyone, I have come to a conclusion that this is your personal issue in itself. NOT photogenic most likey. So Thank you for a job well done, and i would highly recommend the Perfect Image out to Friends, family and strangers. more

We used The Perfect Image for our wedding in July and couldn't be happier with our choice! We met with another photography company and were not happy with the level of professionalism. We met with Vladi and he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We chose the Perfect Image based upon our meeting with Vladi and also that both my sister and my husbands brother used the Perfect Image for their weddings 10 years prior and had great, quality photos. The Perfect Image team was professional, accommodating, non-invasive and overall just fabulous! We can't stop looking at our wedding photos and highly recommend them! more

Some people are extremely picky, some are high maintenance, some are outright crazy and some are crooks. When a bride calls you after the wedding, tells you she hates the photographs, (and you know she has a really great photos) and demands money back, you know that you are about to be ripped off. It?s one of the oldest tricks in the book, complain, threaten and see what you can get for free. Every business has experienced such ?customers?. When you show someone an absolutely gorgeous, award winning, ?magazine cover? type of photograph you took on their wedding day and you tell them with all sincerity that you would be proud to display it on your wall, and they tell you that they hate it, then you know that you are dealing with either a moron or a con. These are general comments about business and human nature and do not necessarily apply to couple writing the reviews above. The reviews above ?Awful Service?? and ?Extremely Disappointed?? both dated May 9, 2010 were written by the same couple on the same day pretending to be two different customers. They are full of outright lies, and are intended to maliciously harm my business. I can go on and on about specific lies in the review, and everything I did to try to make this couple happy, but I don?t want to get into a public argument with a customer. I wish I read the prior comment prior to our wedding. I recently got married in April and I have to say, I'm sad I even thought of ""Perfect Image"" to do our photography for our wedding. Cons: everything you expect from photographer more

My wife and I are newly married and were referred to Perfect Image Photography to talk with the owner, a guy named Vladi, for our wedding pictures - what a mistake! Our wedding was at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem and the location couldn't have been more beautiful. We spent hours with Vladi explaining what we were hoping for, asking if this was something he could do, planning for what pictures needed to be taken and how. During the meeting Vladi said yes, yes, yes...he understood....he's done dozens of weddings at the museum......he has the best photographers in the area....he is so proud of his work...... Well, when our special day came it was very clear that the photographer and Vladi either didn't talk or the photographer didn't care because he did nothing we asked for, we had to give him constant direction and eventually the pictures came out horrible - looking like a corny 80's wedding and nothing like we had planned. We were very upset, realized that we can't go back and re-take pictures, and went to meet with Vladi after a two hour phone conversation where Vladi basically talked in circles. Our meeting involved Vladi trying to sales-pitch what a great photographer his guy is, how proud he is of the pictures, how much experience he and his photographer has, two more hours of his resume. This was infuriating for us because not only did Vladi and the Perfect Image completely ignore what we planned for, Vladi basically told us he didn't care about our hopes for pictures - and that he is so proud of his guy. This guy was obnoxious during the wedding, needed to be directed by us and our families for much of the time, and the owner Vladi is more focused on his ego than taking good pictures or customer service. We told him that our relatives pictures were 100x better than his, brought pictures to show him and eventually Vladi refused to acknowledge that his ""expert"" photographer's pictures were crap. We are not terribly picky and have had many people look at the pictures to make sure we're not being crazy, and all agree that the Perfect Image is much less than perfect, and after meeting with the photographer and owner Vladi we want people to know that this man's ego, not quality photography or customer service, is what Vladi and the Perfect Image are focused on. PLEASE, do not waste your money or have your special day dependent on a man and company that do not care - DO NOT BELIEVE VLADI WHEN HE GIVES YOU HIS MAJOR B.S. SALES PITCH ABOUT HIS RESUME AND HOW GREAT HE IS. Our pictures look like they are from a bad 80's movie where the photographer is focused on all the wrong things.
