I am writing this review so that other people will not have same experience like me. This was the first time I used Owl Cleaning. But I was in haste, so I decided to bring it to the cleaning shop nearby. I went to this dry cleaning shop to pick up my items yesterday. A shop girl told me that my wool pants were torn more than 4 inches long on the side during cleaing process. My pants were very good condition until I brought them to this dry clearning. I was so upset that a shop girl told me as if it was unevitable and not their faults. I could not believe my ears! She was very rude and I got very tired of arguing with her. So I will go there again and speak with shop master to ask refund and compensation for my pants. I am not only one who had the bad experience with this dry cleaning. One of my co-workers told me that his shirt got seriously damaged during cleaning process at this shop. He argued but a shop girl told him, ""It is not our fault. It is the fault of a maker of this shirt (= Brooks Brothers) !""... I can not believe it... Brooks Brothers is known for its high quality (also the price is relatively high). How can they make holes on Brooks Brothers shirt when they wash it? Is there any other dry cleaning shop which makes holes on shirts and tear pants during cleaning process? No Way! Owl Cleaning is so awful. This is the worst dry cleaning shop I have ever used. Seriously, dont' trust this shop. You can not wear your precious clothes anymore if you bring them to Owl Cleaning!!! NEVER RECOMMENDED.
