This place is amazing you just have to remember to save room for dessert!

Worst

Must be the motto, because I received a large portion of Chef Boyardee grade pasta with Franco-American sauce. There are so many better Italian restaurants in town, I don't know ...

The Most for Your $5 8/25/2002

For just a tad more than what you might pay at McDonald's, you can get salad, spaghetti, coffee or tea, and spumoni. These items can really hit the spot too! Food for the Soul. more

Nice place but service lacked 8/21/2002

The place is really nice family oriented atmosphere. Nice decor. The place is nice enough to conduct a business deal, but nice enough to entertain the family as well. The food menu is not at all exciting, fairly close to the Olive Garden Chain. Service has slipped over the years and getting good service ihas become almost extinct. The kitchens seem to be slow as well so your food doesn't come out for quite some time. if you are looking for good Italian, try Buca's on 12th, which is better in food taste, service and atmosphere. more

Oldeness, spaghetti abound 8/19/2002

Old Spaghetti Factory serves spaghetti, and that is about it. I was not expecting the name to be such a literal reflection of the fare. This place serves spaghetti. The exact same kind you made throughout college, only in a well renovated warehouse with some fantastic victorian furnishings. Our server was AWEFUL. She did not take my salad plate after the course, she did not refill my water without being prompted, and she held her arm out waiting for me to HAND her my dishes at the end of the meal. To top it all off, i get spumoni with no fruit or nuts in it. The food was hot and cheap though... Pros: Hot Food, Nice Couches Cons: $7 Spaghetti, Tired Service more

Spaghetti at It's Finest!! 8/8/2002

They have several types of spaghetti to choose from and the italian bread they serve is absolutely fabulous with the garlic butter. They also have other items to choose from on the menu besides spaghetti. It is in a old warehouse building and the designers did a fantastic job on the inside. I would request to sit at a table located inside the old railroad car. It is the best seat in the house. Pros: Affordable, Good Food, Great atmosphere Cons: pay for parking, sometimes crowded more
