Unfortunately Disappointed 6/25/2006

I know, I'm the weird one here - I see only five stars, so that's what moved me to share...see, we were disappointed! We expected such great things with such a great idea!!! The experience of having to cook our own food was rather stressful, and the fondues were not amazing at all - I could have made them myself, and I'm not really a great cook. I was so sad when even the chocolate fondue was boring. So, I'm sorry to have to report this, but when you spend a $100. per plate, I expect perfection baby!! more

MMMMM!! The Melting Pot! 6/12/2006

The Melting Pot is one of my favorite places to go!! Whether it's for a whole meal or just a desert it is a wonderful experience! The presentation is awesome! The food is great. The service is always a pleasure. If your looking for a great restaurant in Naples than the Melting should definitely be on the top of your list! more

Love this place! 4/15/2006

I've been a huge fan of the Melting Pot for many, many years. This location duplicates what other locations have done. Food is cooked by you on the table. Avoid cooking in oil...it's really heavy. Choose instead the coq au vin. Very fresh. This place is best for conversation, as the meal takes a loooong time! With cheese fondue, salad, main course fondue and dessert fondue, you could easily spend two hours at your table! more

A Great Place to go with Friends 8/16/2005

This restaurant is fairly new. It opened in May or 2005. Because you spend time "cooking" or dipping your food there is plenty of time to talk your party. The combo meal is really the way to go. I believe you save money also. The combo meal includes two salads, a choice of cheese fondue, and a choice of main course. It is more than enough food. If you are looking for a fun and different dining experience then this place is for you! more
