The view was pretty good, the hotel room was very clean, had an overpriced mini-bar in the room. I agree with the other reviews on this the internet should've been free, because for 12.95? thats a little overpriced. Overall it was good, especially the parking it was very conveinent. We were allowed to use the ramp till 6pm after we checked out. \r \r However I was under the impression that breakfast was free when i booked, it was supposed to be the free ""the all-american continental breakfast"". Well i found a slip with no $$ on it in the room that says to hang it outside the door before 2am to have breakfast ready in the morning.. I knew it was too good to be true. It was technically room service, and costed me $45. that was the most expensive breakfast i've ever had and didn't even get pancakes! If i would've known it was going to cost that much i would've actually ordered from the room service menu, it would've costed me the same and probably would've been better.\r \r Besides all that i enjoyed my stay. more

Great location. Convenient to anything downtown and major types of transportation. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and my room was comfortable. Internet was not free, which for this hotel it should be. Service was good. Pros: location Cons: pay internet, loud at times more

Location was excellent, right in the Skyway mall area, close to trains, easy to get to via train or cab from MN airport.\r \r Stayed for a business meeting, 2 nights total. Room was designed tre-modern with almost no horrid flower designs (plus). My room was quiet, but others in my group near elevator banks were not pleased with noise at night. No refridgerator room, all pay drinks and snacks take up the whole thing (minus). Good temperature control, varied cable channels, $10/day internet access (should be free in my book), no robes, good water pressure and temp, bath ventilation not working. \r \r Meeting rooms were stuffy and we had big poles in the middle of the room - very inconvenient. Food was typical buffet meeting, nothing special. Overall, not the best meeting space. \r \r I would stay again on the companies dollar but heard there were better rooms in other nearby hotels. more

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location, within walking distance to the best bars and restaurants. Everyone here is treated with dignity and respect. This can sometimes be hard to find with other hotels' "guest relations" staff. 5*s, great dining, beautiful rooms and wonderful employees. more

This is another beautiful hotel in downtown Minneapolis. It is right in the middle of a lot of activities like the theaters, Metrodome, and TargetCenter. It has a wonderful restaurant that not only has good food but also atmosphere. The employees are exceptional. A true pleasure to visit. more
