I got my surgery done six weeks ago and am happy to be able to see without my glasses. Dr. Mazaheri made me feel very comfortable explaining everything to me. He also gave me his cell phone number in case I had any issues. Recovery was a little slower than expected but I am so glad I can play tennis and do activities now without worrying about glasses or dry contacts. I am so glad I had it done. more

I went to Dr. Mazaheri as I was tired of wearing glasses due to activities like Martial Arts and dancing. He was very informative and helpful, giving me a sense of confidence in his abilities at my consultation.\r I had the PRK surgery completed five weeks ago, and the results have been fantastic. I will admit that the recovery process the first few days following the surgery were more intense than I expected, but the procedure was definitely worth having.\r My sensitivity to light is still bothersome, and fighting with dryness is no fun, but my vision has become clearer with each passing day. The total recovery time is three months, so I still have several weeks to fully recover.\r I would recommend this procedure to anyone interested, and I highly recommend Dr. Mazaheri. more

I have had poor eyesight since childhood, and had waited until I was 34 years old to get lasik. My eyes have both had astigmatism with my left eye being far worse. I was told that if my left eye got any worse I would not be a candidate for contacts anymore. After reading other positive reviews I decided to see Dr. Michael Mazaheri at the MLasik Center for his “flapless” or “no cut” lasik surgery. He has successfully performed his procedure on several pilots and trained under the man who performed the very first lasik surgery. The procedure was quick (less than ten minutes) and truly painless. The best part is now my vision is almost as good as the day I was born. I have never been able to drive without glasses or contacts until now! I would highly recommend Dr. Mazaheri to anyone considering lasik surgery as he is very personable, and visits personally with you at each step in the process from consultation, to procedure, to follow-up. more

I recently choose Dr. Mazaheri for the PRK procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. From the first appointment all the way through the last follow-up, the doctor and all of the staff has been professional, courteous, and welcoming. Dr. Mazaheri is very comforting, and does a wonderful job of taking the anxiety out of the entire process. The doctor met with me individually and got to know me and what I was expecting from eye surgery. Dr. M answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable trusting him with my surgery. The surgery itself is easy and painless, and the entire appointment took less than an hour, I couldn’t believe how quick the actual procedure was. I can now see perfectly without glasses for the first time in years, and I would recommend the PRK procedure with Dr. M to anyone. more

Dr. Mazaheri is definately the one you want to go to if looking to get your vision back! Since day one he has been there to answer all of my questions and assist me in any way necessary. He is physically there with every part of your surgery, this isnt something where his employees do all the work and he comes in at the end and ""signs"" you off, he is the one doing the most important work on you. The surgery itself was painless(no cutting whatsoever) and took less than 30 seconds each eye. He gives you his personal cell phone number in case you have any emergencies or have any questions that you would need to ask him. In my opinion, this is what makes him stand out from the rest. I could really tell that he cares for his patients well being and want to be there every step of the way to make sure they get exactly what they paid for. I will definitely recommend him to others.\r Great job Dr. Mazaheri! more

Dr, Mazaheri is THE ONE to see for LASIK!! I was so nervous about having this done, but once I spoke to him I knew he was it for me!! He explained everything in detail & walked me through every step of the way. His office staff is great & very helpful. Booking my pre-op, post- op & follow up appointments was so easy. The longest I waited was 10 minutes. He spent all the time I needed & answered all my questions before, during & after it was allo done. I never write reviews but after this experience, I felt compelled to do so. I must say Dr. Mazaheri is the best out there. I was scheduled for a consultation on Wednesday and was scheduled for my procedure just two weeks later. He spent a lot of time with me going over the procedure and made me feel very safe. The entire procedure was very quick and painless. I am now 3 weeks post surgery and I am amazed at my vision. I can not thank Dr. Mazaheri at The M Lasik Center for all that he did. His prices are reasonable, his office lady is so sweet, and his techs are so caring. They even made my 2 year old laugh while she was waiting. I recommend Dr. Mazaheri to anyone looking for a quick, inexpensive, painless procedure!! more

Dr. Mazaheri and his practice are top notch when it comes to PRK Laser Eye Surgery. The surgery is astonishing, effortless and painless and the outstanding results will change your life. The building and his administrative assistants are about average; however, Dr. Mazaheri makes up for their deficiencies with his charming and friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of his practice. Dr. Mazaheri’s “Advanced LASIK” is PRK with a straightforward surgery and elongated recovery time. The results can be see instantly and he promises better than 20/20 vision. Overall I recommend Dr. Mazaheri. more

After considering LASIK for months, I finally found the perfect ophthalmologist to trust my eyes to, Dr, Michael Mazaheri. I had my surgery in April and the results were far beyond my expectations. The actual procedure was completely painless, and the actual time I used pain medication did not last more than 48-hours. After having this surgery I feel like I was seeing everything through a dull glass. Now, everything looks amazingly clear, and I cannot stop looking and admiring every day things like the petals on the flowers, the beautiful colors in the park, and being able to actually see my six-year-old smile when I wake up. \r \r I have told everyone of my friends that uses glasses that this is the most important investment they will ever make. If I add up all the contacts, glasses, and maintenance supplies that I have purchased over the years, I could have paid for the advance LASIK procedure about two or three times. If you have any doubts about finding the right place to have this procedure, you should meet Dr. M and his great staff. more

I recently had no cut Lasik at The M Lasik Center of Dr. Michael Mazaheri in Dallas. Dr. M Mazaheri is professional and very nice. He treated me well. The procedure was quick and painless and I would highly recommend others to go to him for this procedure. I am excited to throw out my contacts and glasses. I thought the procedure would be scary and that I would want to jump away from the laser but it's not even like that. The laser turns on and you are just looking at a red dot. You don't see it come towards your eye. It took like 30 seconds for each eye if that. This is the best procedure I have done for myself! more

I highly recommend the M Lasik Center, Dr. Mazaheri and his staff. Dr. M made me feel very at ease, while he explained the pros and cons and the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. This helped reduce my fears about having eye surgery. I liked the fact that I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision right then. The day of the procedure, I was glad that Dr. M and his staff explained in full detail what was going to happen in each step of the procedure and also what to expect after. I truly appreciate the experience, compassion and friendliness that he offers his patients. more

Before going to M Lasik I researched several of the Lasik centers in town. I was scared off from Dr. Boothe after reading all the negative press and horror stories, likewise for Carter. After reading several reviews on M Lasik and then researching PRK surgery I decided it was the place to go.\r \r PRK excited me since its flapless, the idea of someone cutting my eye just sounded very risky. With PRK I went in, the Dr. buffed my eye with some little device, then applied the laser for 5-10 seconds in each eye. That was it, there was no pain. I hurt the next day, which is supposed to be normal for PRK. Thankfully I was given prescriptions for good medicine and slept most of that day. What I read is the time it takes to full vision is much shorter with PRK. I was seeing decently in 3 days but not as good as my glasses, which took about 1 week. All in all I'm happy to be glasses free with better than 20/20 vision. more

I went in for a consultation to figure out price and all the other aspects of the surgery and then realized this is the best choice out there. It is a flap less surgery that has a very quick and easy recovery period. He also walks you through the process and makes you very comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased with this LIFE CHANGING surgery. It is quick and painless and you never feel alone. All of the office visits following the surgery are on time and quick. Dr. M is very thorough and concerned for your eye heath. He is sure to do his very best and even get you vision better than 20/20. I highly recommend Dr. M and will refer all my friends and family to him. more

I have worn glasses/contacts for over 2 decades and was ready to be free from the hassle of having to wear corrective lenses. Though Lasik has been around for quite awhile now, I was always nervous and hesitant about actually going through with the procedure. After hearing from several of my friends about their wonderful experience with Dr. M, I decided to schedule a consultation and meet him myself. I'm glad I did! He made me feel comfortable from the beginning and I was instantly confident in his knowledge and skills. The procedure was quick, simple, and LIFE CHANGING. I was able to see clearly instantly...my recovery was also a lot quicker and easier than I had expected. It's been 3 months since my procedure, and my vision is better than 20/20! It's such an amazing experience to be able to wake up and SEE without dealing with annoying glasses and contacts. It's made every aspect of my life better and I would highly recommend Dr. M to anyone who is interested in Lasik! more

It?s been four months since my surgery and I couldn?t be happier with choosing M Lasik. They were able to take my difficult 4 diopter astigmatism eyes down to 20/20. Every visit and checkup is single client focused, and you will not feel like herded cattle like other Lasik shops. Doctor Mazaheri was honest about the procedure, and the price was competitive. Most importantly I wanted a bladeless procedure to eliminate possible issues that come with I-lasik which is now what most other operations perform who just want to process as many people as possible. more

I ended up deciding to go ahead and do it. They scheduled a check up for me the next week, and I had my operation the next day. Dr. Mazaheri was very nice, and very knowledgeable. The operation took 5 minutes, and was absolutely painless. I was very impressed, and the staff there are super nice. All in all it was a great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. more

I have seen other doctors for my routine check ups because I still live in Orange County, I loved it when another eye surgeon looked at my eyes and said ""what a perfect job!
