The Lodge At Kingwood

Each time i tried to rent here they always say there are no availabilities but each time i call or go online it shows they have spaces to rent. Whats up with that? They need to update their system or something. more

Be very careful with this bunch. When we moved out they said we owed $1000 for pet damages and unpaid rent despite the $700 pet deposit we paid up front when we moved in. We are now in the process of fighting them in court and they have responded by involving a debt collection agency and are now trying to collect $6000 as well as illegally contacting and threatening both of us at work. Just know that this is coming from someone with excellent credit as we left this place to move into our newly purchased house. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if we can help someone else avoid this headache it is worth it. Also, we became friends with the former office manager who after he quit said that our situation was quite common. It is very hard/expensive to fight these people and most just give in and pay. We lived there for 1.5 years and saw a steady decline and break-ins (8 to 10 while we lived there) became more common and at one point the mail service was shut down to the complex due to mailboxes being broken into. more

The lodge is one of the nicest if not nicest apartment communities in the greater Humble area. They have basically any amenity that you could think of standard in the homes. Nice sparkling pools, game room, business office, built in computer work stations in apartments. Located in the front of Kingwood so the commute is really quick. It's a tad on the high end side for rent but so well worth it! more
