Fantastic service! 5/16/2011

Fantastic service! Typical start to what i thought was going to be nightmare of a day. But then I called The Little Garage and it was so fantastic.Called at 8am, the man came at 9am installed the battery in under 10 minutes. Super fast and easy. more

A mechanic following up? Amazing. 4/27/2011

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The crew are exquisite BMW mechanics. As much as I love Bav Pros in CA (and I would continue to take my car to them if I moved back) I am still in shock as to how great of service they provide. Always a good sign when the owner has his own car (a 1970s Bavaria he claims to be the cleanest on the EC - and I believe it) getting tuned up on site. There were also a few other 02s hanging around. Basically we had some electrical issues (classic dancing gauges and a dead tach), were worried about starting in the winter, and desperately needed new tires after the drive cross country and dealing with NY potholes all summer. Well we took her in and since we got her back she's never driven better. We drive everywhere - into Manhattan, out to Long Island, down the street to Trader Joes in the snow. Running like a champ. Best thing: got a call a week after the repairs to make sure everything was okay. What? A mechanic following up? Amazing. more

Quality Repair 4/20/2011

I've never known an auto shop to be so honest and go the extra mile to do solid quality repairs. As long as my car still runs, I'll be taking it to the good doctors at Little Garage and when it's time for a new ride, you can bet your bottom dollar I'm taking it to Matt and the gang. more

An honest shop.. 4/19/2011

I am posting this topic because it is very rare to find a honest shop in NYC. (especially brooklyn, I have been ripped off by the best.) I own a 1996 BMW E36 convertible. I loaned my car to my younger brother and he hit a pothole on the BQE. The hole took out the right passenger front tire and rim. The front and rear shocks and 4 of the shields under the car. I took my car to the Little garage. Along with the great price the work that was performed was exceptional. When i got the car back and paid my bill i was very happy. Since then I've had them change all of my rotors, Brakes,upgraded shocks,ignition coil,valve cover gasket,thermostat and housing plus other stuff that i cannot remember. In closing i would like to thank all the guys at the Little Garage. If you need some work done then please.please take your BMW to them. You will be glad that you did. more

Customer for 30 years 4/15/2011

My family has been taking our BMW's (both used and new) to the Little Garage for over 30 years. If that is not a statement as to how good their service is, then I don't know is. Furthermore, both of the children in our family have been rescued (during off hours) by Matthew Meng personally. He has always gone out of his way to accommodate is customers and treat them with respect and sincerity. The Little Garage is a company that has a long history with drivers who love to drive German cars. It's a company that easily feels like family, and that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to either service their BMW or buy a used German automobile. Drive safely. more
