If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The crew are exquisite BMW mechanics. As much as I love Bav Pros in CA (and I would continue to take my car to them if I moved back) I am still in shock as to how great of service they provide. Always a good sign when the owner has his own car (a 1970s Bavaria he claims to be the cleanest on the EC - and I believe it) getting tuned up on site. There were also a few other 02s hanging around. Basically we had some electrical issues (classic dancing gauges and a dead tach), were worried about starting in the winter, and desperately needed new tires after the drive cross country and dealing with NY potholes all summer. Well we took her in and since we got her back she's never driven better. We drive everywhere - into Manhattan, out to Long Island, down the street to Trader Joes in the snow. Running like a champ. Best thing: got a call a week after the repairs to make sure everything was okay. What? A mechanic following up? Amazing.
