I was very poorly represented by Tad Nelson and he did not explain things very well. He pushed me to just take a plea bargain for a charge that I should have fought. He told me it...

I had to sell my truck....but my case was dismissed and the nightmare is over. Tad & Amber did everything I asked, they went out to the neighborhood and talked with everybody. Once the DA read all the affidavits they had no choice but to dump the case! Thanks a lot guys....and you too Shelly! more

Wow! Thank you so much Tad! I never dreamed that I would be sitting here without even a reduction! When you told me you thought we should go to trial I couldn't even breath.....But WOW! I can't tell you how much I loved hearing those two magically words. Not Guilty! Tad Nelson & Associates is a can't miss.....TRUST ME! more

YOU'RE JUST A PAYCHECK 3/11/2012

I was very poorly represented by Tad Nelson and he did not explain things very well. He pushed me to just take a plea bargain for a charge that I should have fought. He told me it was not a big deal, that I could just take deferred adjudication and as soon as I successfully finished my probation it would be dropped off my record like it never happened. So since this was significantly cheaper then going to trail and I took it. I found out afterwards that was a lie and that deferred adjudication does not just drop off your record. When I tried to contact him after I found this out to find out what I needed to do to have my record fixed he would not take my calls or return them. What a waste of $7,500 to have him show up to court 3 times for less then an hour each time, (twice just for rescheduling and the third to sign papers) just to throw me on the 1st plea bargain they offered. I could have done that myself. Basically, he just took the money and ran. more

Tad is, in our opinion, the best attorney in the area. He has helped our family numerous times, with many different matters. He is very understanding and will not let his client down, he is a fighter and is on your side. We will recommend him anytime, about any legal issue. more

Mr. Nelson is the ONE and ONLY Attorney for your case! 4/24/2009

Mr. Nelson was great in every aspect! My first time to have a case, so you can image how nervous and scared I was. Mr. Nelson was easy to reach and his staff is wonderful. Yes, Mr. Nelson is expense, but you get what you pay for and he was very fare. Mr. Nelson delivered on every promise and was very sympathetic to all my questions and concerns. My case was dismissed and it's like it never happened. If you want a serious, experienced, sympathetic, and a straight-shooting attorney...Mr. Nelson is your man. I would recommend Mr. Nelson to anyone who is serious about getting their bang for their buck, subject to their case. He delivered on every promise! more

I would recommend this guy to anyone in trouble. He did everything that he was going to do and more. I was sure that I had no hope at all, but he totally bailed me out. He is an excellent attorney and was extremely sympathetic to my problem. His fees were very reasonable compared to others and he worked with me the entire time. I would definitely call on him again. more

Outstanding, just the facts kind of person, Did everything he said he would, and got the decision he said we would get one year before we got it. Would recommend to anybody in need of an attorney.\r \r Warning: If you are looking for sympathy, this is not the guy. However if your wanting a straight shooting attorney who will give you the best value for the buck this is your guy. (He is not cheap) Pros: Straight Shooter, Knows the system and the players Cons: Do not look for his sympathy more
