He knows how to help with a lot of real estate related problems and solutions so he just gave me all my options and let me pick. I thought I needed to go bankrupt but he got me what I wanted by just doing a short sale. It was a very good experience. more

Emil and Matt did a great job! They stopped a foreclosure trial when I came to them a few days before. They also managed to modify my mortgage while in the bankruptcy and now I’m out of debt and in my house. more

Quality attorney and staff. Emil started out defending my foreclosure case and later filed a bankruptcy for me and was able to negotiate a loan modification in the bankruptcy. Highly recommended. more

Mr. Fleysher was patient and professional in guiding me through one of the most difficult stages in my life. He was able to help me get out of debt and modify my mortgage after a foreclosure sale had been scheduled. I came to him at the 11th hour and he managed to come through in a big way.
