An SCV Gem!! 9/28/2010

I just moved to SCV and was looking for a good day spa but didn't even know where to begin. My mother and I are long time guests at Glen Ivy's Hot Springs Spa in Corona so we thought we'd start with their sister spa in Valencia. I was pleasantly surprised! I had the most fabulous facial with Janelle. She understood my skin concerns and recommended some great products. And as a bonus...she pretty much put me to sleep with her neck and shoulder massage! The front desk staff was friendly and showed us around since it was our first visit. We were pampered as soon as we walked in the door. My absolute favorite part of my experience was curling up with my book by the fireplace in the Solarium. We can't wait to return! more

Very upscale facility. The decor and beautiful and relaxing. Nice staff. Unfortunately, they had some technical issues when I was there so I did not get the full experience I was anticipating. The manager was kind enough to give me a generous discount. Overall I am a very satisfied customer. more

What a gorgeous, upscale facility! I absolutely love this place, and wish I could afford to visit more frequently.\r \r I treated my friend who was getting married to a massage, and got one for myself too. We were so incredibly relaxed and felt so pampered afterward. more

A day of relaxation 1/26/2010

Great Day spa! I would highly recommend visiting Glen Ivy! It is a great place to go to relax and unwind. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Try out the Grotto for a different kind of experience. more

Relaxing 9/18/2008

Glen Ivy day spa is so relaxing. They are always there when you need something. The cucumbers, cold rags, towels, water, tea, fruit, snacks, etc. everything is ready there for you when you need it. It's so wonderful there you just want to sit and relax for the whole day. The grodo is a must do! more

Greatest Massage Ever!!! 8/27/2008

If you didn't know this spa was there, you'd never be able to find it! The women's locker room was incredible, the robe they give you to change into feels like a cloud, and I didn't even want to leave the steamroom to go get my massage! Then I had the most amazing massage by Lorelei... She was professional, relaxing and made me slip into a coma of bliss for an hour :) I have had quite a few massages and this was BY FAR the most amazing one ever!!!! I'll definitely be going back soon :) Pros: Lorelei is amazing and if you rebook before you leave you get 15% off your next service! wow! Cons: You don't want to leave...ever! more

Disappointing Ambiance 8/10/2008

I had a good message here but the overall ambiance is disappointing. The staff seems too young and they lack the experience to provide a calm, peaceful experience. The Grata room is too cold (we actually had some workmen walk through one time when we were in there!). It's the little details to attention that this location is lacking. I keep hoping that it will mature into a nice, peaceful, relaxing spa one day because I love the location. more

The Best 8/1/2008

I knew it would be expensive, but it is so well worth the money. What I liked best was that you could spend hours there and just have an hour massage. There are places to just relax and a jacuzzi in the dressing room. All of the acoutrements make it worth the price. more

Wonderful Experience 11/28/2007

Went to Glen Ivy with a bunch of ladies & we all loved it! we spent majority of the day at the spa relaxing, using the jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. It was so relaxing. The staff is very helpful & The spa is very clean. It's also in a prime location with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. You will absolutely love this place by yourself, with a loved one or with friends. more

Very Relaxing Spa 8/27/2007

It's very convinient to book a reservation on line or over the phone. The service is excellent, as they welcome you and make you feel the center of attention. Wether it's a singles get away or a couples get away, there are multiple packages to choose from. It's very romantic to share this moment with your significant other in a couples spa package and feel pampered for a few hours. After receiving an excellent massage your body feel extremely relxed.
