If you're looking for a bike shop that will make you feel bad about your bike, your lack of tattoos and yourself then The Hub is for you! The tech/owner will really take his time, meticulously avoiding eye contact while grunting out monosyllabic responses to your questions. I promise that you will leave this self-proclaimed "center of Providence's bike culture" with no doubt that said culture despises you and all you represent. As for the work, I took my bike in for a tune-up. When I got it back it was riding somewhat smoother but the derailleur wasn't adjusted and wouldn't shift into the top two gears. Luckily I now understand that a poorly functioning bike is simply what I deserve for being so uncool ... thanks Hub! You're the best. more

This bike shop located on the east side had a great location and a great assortment of bikes at all cost. The only problem I have is that the people that work there are so RUDE. For no apparent reason. Their holier-than-thou, hipster attitude is just annoying if you are a beginning rider trying to get some bike stuff. I am going to definitely go out of my way next time to avoid the attitude even if I have to travel a little farther! more
