One of the Best Home Depots 7/5/2009

Phil "Arm" Armato is one of the reasons I go to this store. He knows his paint!! Arm has many years on a pro paint level and will guide you through any paint project. He also has great customer service, and a sense of humor that's rare in today's retail stores. One person makes the difference. Get a clue Home Depot, Hire more people who actually help customers! The rest of the store is above average for other HD's in the area. Agree with one of the other statements listed the San Leandro store is like going to a bad Kmart, it's all messed up, they allow customers to trash the store. more

Never go to the San Leandro HD. Nightmare city. This HD is worth the drive to avoid all the chaos and confusion. Additionally the nursery here is much better and they have better variety than other HD stores more

Sunday night 1/20/08 while in Home Depot I met a young man in the paint department named Phil Armato. Phil has so much knowledge in stains and varnish. He took the time to help me choose the correct stain color, the proper top coat and the right brush to apply the top coat. Great flower selection!!! 8/6/2006

I recently went to Home Depot to buy a new selection of floweres for the garden. The customer service there is really good, they are willing to help you! The good thing about it is that there are sooooo many employees that you won't have any trouble finding someone to help you. A lot of things that I was looking for they had, and the employees helped to put the heavy things onto the carts and push it to the counter when your ready. Parking is a bit of an issue, all of the spots in the front are all handicapped (30) so its annoying to have to go in and find parking!! Otherwise its a great place to buy stuff for your garden!!! PROS: Fast, quick service!! CONS: Parking! :( more

We spend many of our weekends shopping at Home Depot! It has everything you need for home improvement and their prices are reasonable. There is always someone there to help you with any question you might have. You can buy anything from flowers to carpets to drills. They have a great return policy and often have specials. more
