WOW! Simply Great. This company is professional competent and responsive in all levels. They only use managers that can meet the same standard - their rejects always seem to end up working for some "also ran" company and seem to be taunted as "more experienced". Having had one hired and one fired let me tell you Mr Helsing does not keep up with incompetence. more

My advise, stick with Helsing! The grass is definitely greener on the other side! there's many other companies that will try to scam you. Will not put any names but please beware. more

They're the best value I have seen 5/19/2011

I got a briefing on their internal controls! Awesome. The behind the scenes protections they have to protect our association ( all the associations the manage, actually) fraud are extensive. While not low cost management company- they re the best value I have seen more

Thanks Helsing group 3/14/2011

The Helsing group was able to get our 3 hour long homeowner forum periods down to 15 minute "member comment periods"! Now meetings are productive instead of non productive arguments.... more
