Please do yourself a favor and do not rent an apartment at the Forum. My son and his roommates got bed bugs in their apartment and immediately moved out while it was being treate...

Great experience 12/19/2011

I had an apartment on the first floor and it was spacious and clean. No bugs! It is a little run down but the price was affordable and central location. The indoor pool was wonderful and the workout space convenient because there wasn't a YMCA anywhere nearby. The staff was really helpful and made the experience very nice. more

Beware - Bed Bugs! 10/11/2011

Please do yourself a favor and do not rent an apartment at the Forum. My son and his roommates got bed bugs in their apartment and immediately moved out while it was being treated. 3 months (and multiple exterminator treatments) later they still had them. Finally their lease was up and they were able to stop paying for an apartment that they weren't living in. This appears to be a very big problem there. The boys had to throw away most of their furniture for fear that they would take the bed bugs with them to their new apartment. We should have believed previous reviews about this problem. Please don't make the same mistake we did. more

BED Insects 3/28/2008

I do not recommend you get an apartment here!!! All of the buildings at the Forum Apartments have BED insects!!! Don't take the risk of getiing bit up!! I know first hand because i currently live here and I am about to move out as soon as my lease is up. I have talked to an exterminator that has treated my apartment and he said that this complex is really bad!! So please take my word for it so you dont get BED insects!!!!! Cons: Foreign People, smells bad, and has bed insects more
