Avoid if Possible 12/18/2008

I moved in 3 years ago. Wanted to move out to bigger an better, but roomates couldn't afford it. Parking is a nightmare, if you can find a spot, apts are not maintained very well. I had found holes in the sub floor that they never repaired, and they replace carpet after everyone leaves, and you get slammed with a $1325 bill for replacing it. Appliances are old and out of date. Kitchen very small. Very noisy. more

Fire Alarms are always going off... Fire department here every other week...\r Low income house project... No one speaks english...\r Apartments are 'Ratty' and need a lot of work.. Pros: see review Cons: see review more

An expensive ""Project style"" apartment 12/3/2007

If you want a place when you can smell the ilegal substances that your neighboors smoke, if you wanna hear the neighboors radio\r instead your own TV, people jumping and screaming 24/7, and if you love to park your car faraway from the building, because the visitors parked their cars on your parking spot, and in top of that the property manager ignore all your complaints, and you have to pay a $1450 monthly rent, this is the place for you!!!!\r I movedin 2 months ago, and I will be out of here soon, I can't deal with it, a horrible and noisy community..... Pros: Nice size apartments, laundry inside. Cons: Bad neighboors, noisy, dirty more
