This apartment complex seemed excellent for about the first 5 months we lived here...however I began getting extremely expensive parking tickets immediately after it was too late to break the lease without a very expensive penalty. I still never have a place to park my car when I get home after paying 1000 a month in rent, 800 dollars in tickets, and a towed car. When you are paying to live somewhere, parking should not go to guests in the complex before the paying customers. However, instead of reserving at least one or two spots per complex, they repeatedly rip people off. I would not suggest this place to anybody. The staff is rude, parking is nonexistent, and I've spent more time than I have dealing with the hassle they put me through. I will NOT be resigning a lease with Greystone Apartments.
