I had my wedding at the Ellicott Creek Banquet Facility on July 20, 2013. I cannot express how happy we were with everything the grapevine restaurant did! I dropped all of my things off at the hall and the staff did everything for me. It was perfect. Liza, Bev and the Grapevine staff were very organized. Any time I had a question it was promptly answered and I NEVER felt like a burden. I received so many compliments on the food and there was plenty. I thought it was so nice that I was told they appreciated my business and to show that gave my guests appetizer of cheeses and crackers. WOW, how nice! I’m sure my 200 guests thought so, seeing as how this wasn’t in our budget. We upgraded to an extra hour and bottled beer which was in our budget, hehe, and was so worth it. So many of my guests were “wowed” by the appearance of the hall. They mostly said they did not expect a “fire hall” to look like this! Honestly, I loved the surprise factor as well. During the reception, the staff was very friendly and what I liked most was at the end they cleaned everything up. All of my things that I wanted saved were put in to boxes and I got everything back. I thought that was just super! This is a beautiful place to have any event and you will not have to worry about a thing especially the food, yum! more

Our daughters’ wedding reception was held at Ellicott Creek Banquet Facility (in Amherst NY area near Buffalo NY) and catered by the Grapevine Restaurant & Catering (ALL ONE PACKAGE). We were very impressed with Liza, Bev, and their crew. They were very professional, organized, easy to work with, and the food was delicious. We were very happy with the menu options, the flexibility that Liza gave to us. Liza is a people person, and tries her best to make people happy. She made our experience of having to find a place and organize the wedding reception remotely from Canada, easy and enjoyable. Also appreciated the elevator and parking!... Thanks Liza! more

Amazing experience here. Loved the stuffed chicken, it was perfectly cooked. I got the seafood stuffed chicken and it was perfect. The french fries were super crispy and the salad was amazing with their homemade ranch. Definitely coming here again. more

The Sunday brunch is delicious! Plenty of options, from delicious blintzes to abundance of desserts! I promise you won’t be leaving hungry, definitely something for everyone. Staff is friendly and very attentive, will definitely be coming back next Sunday! more

I have eaten at The Grapevine on several occasions. Being that I have never had a complaint and the food has always been fantastic I decided to have Grapevine Catering take care of my wifes surprise 40th Birthday party. This turned out to be the best choice I couldve made. The party was at Ellicott Creek fire hall. The room was decorated and setup beyond my expectations. Every detail was well thought out from the table settings to the centerpieces. The food was second to none. I highly recommend Both the Resturant and the Catering service. more

We had our daughters wedding reception catered by the Grapevine and it was just wonderful. They set up the room just as the bride asked it to be and it turned out beautiful. The food was outstanding! Everyone was commenting on how wonderful the meal was - plentiful, hot and yummy! The staff is totally professional and easy to work with. Wow, just dined at the Grapevine and the place was packed,incredibly we still got great service and excellent food. I had a strip steak and it was on par with ones I have paid twice as much for and it was cooked perfectly. I hope the next time we go to the grapevine we get Carrie she was so nice to us and was right there when we needed her. more

This is a very pleasent restaurant with a very pleasent atmosphere and staff. pricing is reasonable and menu is extensive as there are many choices of appealing items in which to choose from.Very clean and inviting. The Grapvine is one of the nicest resturants i have ever been to in my whole entire life. The salt water fish tanks are beyond beautiful. They have great food, i recomend the stuffed chiken with brocoli. They never give you any reasons to not come back. They serve you well, and they keep you wanting to come back for more. I am a returning customer to the Grapevine for the past two years. I enjoy eating there because the food is great. It is very tasty, good quality, large portions, and very consistent. The atmosphere is awesome, huge fish tanks which are very beautiful. The service is outstanding, the best I have ever had, their very friendly, nice and happy. The restaurant is always busy because it’s such a good restaurant with great quality food and reasonable prices. They give out many promotions if you dine at the restaurant, not many restaurants do that. A few of my favorite dishes are the apple almond chicken, parmesan panga, filet mignon and the broccoli stuffed chicken. I have many favorites there, they have a large menu with many different things to choose from. I have never had a bad experience there and I recommend everyone to eat there. They have great tasting american and italian food for a fair price and also a nice portion. Salt water fish tanks throughout entire restaurant are very nice, clean and beautiful! They also offer a free customer appreciation program..... can't go wrong with that plus I always recieve great customer service.
