I just started taking my dogs here about a month ago after visiting several grooming salons and being very disappointed. I absolutely love this salon! My dogs are always so happy to go there and always look great when they come out! The prices are also very reasonable. I have recommended The Fuzzy Dawg to friends and family, and I would recommend it to you, too! more

I chose the Fuzzy Dawg based on the reviews that I read. I usually take the reviews with a 'grain of salt', but this time I found them dead on!\r \r The facility is clean. There were no doggie odors. The staff were very warm and friendly. The groomer asked all the right questions regarding how I wanted my Yorkie cut. I've had more horrible experiences than you can you can imagine so I was still in 'show me' mode.\r When I went back to pick up Dixie I was more than pleasantly suprised; I was thrilled. The cut was perfect! On top of that Dixie wasn't stressed out like she's been with almost every visit to a groomer.\r I would recommend this facility to everyone who want their pet to look terrific.\r Thanks more

After moving to the area it was a major task finding a true skilled professional to groom our Bichon. We tried a couple of places before our puppy landed in the arms of the employees at the Fuzzy Dawg. The owner personally cared for and groomed our pup the very first time and we all left very satisfied. The hair cut is always perfect and the accessories are adorable, plus our puppy is always happy. Make sure you check them out. We suggest you take your puppy here no matter where you are, it's worth the commute. Thanks more

I have a very timid rescue dog that shys away from people. Sadie has no problem going to the Fuzzy Dawg - the staff are loving and patient with her and Sadie comes out strutting her stuff! Most important to me is that Sadie is happy, well groomed and a staff member calls when she is ready. No surprises - clean surroundings, happy staff and excellent service! more

I've got two rather large and stubborned pit bull mixes that have the longest toe nails on earth! They absolutely HATE having them done and have been refused by other grooming places simply because of their breed and others because of the attitude. I'll admit it's not an easy job, I don't even attempt it myself. They are sweet, gentle dogs but a side of them comes out when the nail clippers show up that is hard for even their mother to love. I figured I would try one more place recommended where a neighbor gets their two cute doggies groomed. I called to make an appointment to get their nails clipped and they told me I didn't need one, just to come in whenever I wanted. I showed up with my two big guys and was greeted with a smile and absolutely no hesitation to give it a shot. The nice young lady sat down on the floor and pet my boys first, letting them get used to her. She got the first one done before I knew it and got practically no struggling out of him. The other one had to be muzzled but it was my suggestion. She was very sweet to him and gentle but firm. It was very reasonably priced especially compared to places like PetSmart. All of the ladies there are very sweet and welcoming, one of them even came out to pet my guys. I will definitely go back as soon as the time comes! These ladies really seem to know how to work with dogs that have nervous issues like mine. Thank goodness! more

I took my Westie into the Fuzzy Dawg and I noticed later that day she was not herself. My son was petting her and she cried. When we checked her we noticed that she had been cut on both sides behind her ears. These were not small cuts, one was deep and more like a gash. it was obvious the groomer was going fast and dug into her. I was reluctant to go there because on another occasion I witnessed a groomer mistreating a pet with a blow dryer. I am so mad at myself for going back there. My dog now has large scabs on the cuts that she got at the Fuzzy Dawg. Your pet cannot speak for itself... be wary - do not go here!! Pros: clean, quick, reasonable Cons: BAD groomers - DO NOT GO HERE!!!! more

April 1, 2010 \r \r A few weeks ago, I brought our 12 year old basset hound mix, Gina in for her spring groom. I was a little nervous at first, trying a new place but did my research and heard our neighbor takes her baby there too. And, I am pleased to say Mary did a great job, she was very friendly, and most important, Gina did not have to spend hours there like we had to with our previous groomers. I am happy and so is Gina who still smells and feels wonderfully clean and fresh for Easter. I will definitely be back with Gina and also recommend to other caring pet owners to take their babies there.\r \r Pros: Everything is great more

I was referred by my business partner, who takes her pooch the the Fuzzy Dawg. I was able to take both my dogs in the next day, and they were done within a couple of hours. Before bringing them in Mary and I talked about my dogs' needs and past experience with grooming. They are both puppies and needed a tender hand. They looked adorable when she got done with them!! Meg was awesome! My dog jumped right into her arms when we arrived for our first appointment which made me feel so comfortable and smile! Meg listened to exactly what I wanted and worked hard not to shave Wrigley because I waited to long to bring him in and he had quite a few mats! :( Oops! I've brought my Chihuahua mix to The Fuzzy Dawg twice now, once for a simple nail trim and most recently for the full treatment. When she got her haircut and bath she smelled great and looked great! Her bows even stayed in her hair until nighttime which has never happened! They were also all very nice and had her done in under two hours. I'll be using them as my regular groomer now! I have been to The Fuzzy Dawg at least a few times this year. I will say that Mary and Megan are extremely professional, friendly, and curteous. All of the times that I have taken my Pug Samantha to see Mary and Megan, she has always came back to me extremely clean and happy. Mary and Megan truly love dogs and it truly shows. They both have extremely postive attitudes and they are extremely caring and understanding when it comes to their clients' and their human's needs and wants. The Fuzzy Dawg is a very very clean and prestine environment for dogs as well as humans alike. The exterior design is absolutely amazing and the interior design and decor has a very nice home-feeling to it. Mary and Megan are two groomers that will always work their hardest and bend over backwards to keep their clients and their humans extremely happy and satisfied. Mary and Megan are the absolute best when it came to grooming my Pug Samantha. She wanted to stay when I came to pick her up, the last time that I took her there. That is how much I know that she loved it at the The Fuzzy Dawg. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they cannot be beat!! Megan and Mary the absolute best!! I will never go to any other dog groomer ever again, Mary and Megan are the only groomers that I will trust my Pug Samantha with and for all of her grooming needs. I will definitely recommend The Fuzzy Dawg and Megan and Mary to anyone that has a dog and that is looking for a new groomer. My Australian Shepherd gets skittish when it comes to ""beauty parlors"" and shakes and doesn't cooperate. But they let him sit in there for a half hour watching the other dogs get bathed and brushed so he could get comfortable. We got the Furminator treatment because of his undercoat and shedding and he came out looking like he had lost 20 lbs! Great job, pleasant, happy staff and will definitely go there again. Pros: Not very crowded. Groomers listen to you more

I brought my cockapoo in after seeing another ""Fuzzy Dawg client"" out and about and admired his grooming. They did a great job with my special Hummer and we will definitely be back!! more

I just took my dog in today. Mary was very sweet and nice. My dog had a fracture and had a cast. She took good care of him. I was really pleased with the grooming. I found Mary through the reviews offered on City Search and decided to give her facility a try. I have a beautiful Pomeranian that is my angel and as such I am very sensitive to who handles her and how she is treated. Not only did Mary put me at ease immediately but when I picked up my pet she acted as if 'Fuzzy Dog' was her new playground.
