Bad Service 2/13/2011

I purchased a living room set with a reclining sofa, one end of the sofa does not recline, I called and was told to lift the sofa and reattached the core. I explained Bob the person on the phone that the sofa was new and they should send someone to fix it, its been two weeks and no one has called, SERVICE AFTER THE SALE sucks. There loss I was looking to purchase a new Bedroom set, and I definately will not be going to the furniture super store! more

I think the tall gut on your commercials sounds like a mouse with a stick up his ass! Get a new media personality, that guy is a RETARD!!! Oh yeah, your store sucks, and your reurn policies are junk. Nice store losers! more

Unfortuantly we bought a new boxspring and mattress at this store.We thought that since it had the namebarnd on it it had to be ok right? WRONG! Less than two years later we have a big bump in the mattress.It's large enought to be noticable when the bed is made.We had also looked at furniture here but after tipping it to see underneath we decided it wasnt made very well,especially for the price more
