This is the best diet I have tried. My husband is on the diet too and loves it too. He is not a fruit and veggie fan, but loves the salads and veggies and fruits on this diet. He is eating so much healthier now, and in five weeks we have each lost 6-7 lbs, and that is with not being on the diet on weekends. It teaches you portion control and balanced and heathy choices. I love seafood and there is a seafood choice everyday. The preparation of the food is truly gourmet, amazing sauces and dressings. My husband loves the snacks and desserts. We travel and being able to put the delivery on hold is very convenient. Our favorites are the chicken cordon bleu, homemade granola, mango stuffed French toast, and many more... Give it a try!
