We were extremely satisfied with the service The Floor Store provided. Their price was reasonable. The guys that did the work were professional, always on time, clean and they got the job done a day sooner than we expected. Their work looks great. We will use The Floor Store again. Repeated use proves great 5/18/2009

We are a property management company and we use these guys all the time for vinyl and carpet. The guys who run this place used to work for another flooring company, and when they went out on their own we went with them. They are just that good at what they do. They take care of their customers and are willing to fix any problems that may come up. They are just the right size to provide all solutions one might need, but still take care of you like you are their number one priority. They are honest and dependable and i recommend them to everyone more

Love the new carpet 11/6/2008

Kerri at floor trends was very helpful when I was picking my new carpet. He worked within my budget to get me the best carpet. I was able to get the carpet installed right away. The installers were awesome! They worked quickly and professionally to get my carpet installed. 2 years later and I am still REALLY happy with it. more

Unhappy Customer 11/12/2007

I was extremely unsatisfied with the service provided. For one, the guy who came to provide me a quote did not show up on the day that he was supposed to. Second, after installation the installers left a mess, damaged the baseboard, and left nails and staples lying around on the carpet. Although they had a good price, it is not worth the headache and I would not recommend these people to anyone. more

A different opinion 5/15/2007

After reading another person's opinion, I wanted to give our experience with The Floor Store. They'd been recommended by a real estate group with whom wer'e involved, and we'd heard they were fast, inexpensive, and had great service. We used them twice now and referred them to other clients (we're contractors in the Vancouver, WA area) and they've done a fast, efficient, well-priced time every time. We will be happy to refer them again in the future. more

They did nothing right 10/15/2006

Overall, these guys were quite unsatisfactory. I actually have to think through all the things The Floor Store did wrong, as they were numerous.\r \r (1) They took almost a week to get out and give me an estimate. I was in quite a hurry, so this was inconvenient.\r \r (2) The guy who came out to take measurements used my bathroom while he was at it. This is fine, but it would have been nice if he asked. (This is the golden rule of contractors.)\r \r (3) Once measurements were taken, it took a couple of days to get back to me with a quote. Again, I was in a hurry and this set me back. I wonder if they introduced delay into the process to limit my options.\r \r (4) I was buying a large amount of carpet and a bit of vinyl flooring for the foyer. For some reason, there was a $140 "minimum additional charge" for vinyl. I thought this was odd, since they were already going to be out here doing the carpet, and it would be trivial to do the vinyl once they did the carpet. The guy on the phone more
