Three rooms were pre-vacuumed, steam cleaned using the long hose through a window to the more powerful unit in the van, since the rooms are on the second floor. Portable units were available, had hoses not been practical. Post cleaning protection was added at the end. All available options were explained prior to beginning. The phone representatives were informed and polite. The service technician arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally. I was satisfied overall. The rates were explained up front. I found the costs to be reasonable and competitive. The company has a full array of services and state of the art equipment. The finished job met my expectations. more
