This gym is located, as the name suggests, in a renovated mill. As a result, it is a great open space with lots of windows. The gym is well spaced out so you never feel crowded--unless, of course, you are here right after work during peak hours. There are great classes offered here, including a Boot Camp class that works you into a sweat and leaves muscles you never knew you had aching. There is also a great indoor track for those who prefer to run, but not on a treadmill.
There does tend to be a bit of a meat market feel here, people want to work out, but they also scope each other out.
