in regards to Dizzle-
what people have to understand about this shop, and many other tattoo artists, is that they don't have "customer service". they don't "sell".
you walk in, tell them what you want, and they do it. it's not a really hard concept to grasp, but if someone goes in all unsure, and expecting the artist to choose, or sell them on something, or talk them into something, that's not going to happen there.
i have had over 45 individual pieces done by "the guy with the slicked back hair" AKA Mark Roberts, and am THRILLED with every one.
after going there a few times, i got to know both Mark and Bill (who has since moved out of the country) and always gotten great work and great advice.
if you want a great piece of work at a fair price, go there- you'll get exactly what you pay for.
if you want customer service, go to the wal mart help counter, because they're there to say "how cani help you?", not to give you a wonderful tattoo.
when going to a tattoo shop, a person should ALWAYS be more interested in the skills of the artist than the way the artist answers the phone or greets customers....
honestly, i wouldn't mind if an artist told me to F--- off, just as long as i get a great tattoo!
Pros: Awesome shop
Cons: they won't coddle the whiny babies
