I took my rabbit to this clinic to be neutered. I chose the vet based on their history with small animals and the more reasonable price I was quoted on the phone. Upon arriving a few minutes before my appointment at 8am, 3 other clients arrived with their pets as well. We all walked up to the door with our pets to find it was still locked (the clinic opens at 8). We could see the receptionist walking in the waiting room, so obviously she could see us as well. She didn't unlock the door until exactly 8, or a few minutes after, even though we were all standing outside in the snow with our pets. I was very unimpressed; she could have let us sit quietly in the warm waiting room to wait. Also note that this clinic appears to be a converted house and is clearly a very small clinic.\r
