Great Place to Party 2/28/2010

This is a fun spot, as a bartender at a sports bar I try to stay away from Bars on my days off, but some how the Draft is very different. It has an easy crowd and a friendly staff. The real reason to go, is for the entertainment. On tuesdays they have a partyoke with DJ Nice and its so....not your average karaoke its young and fresh music and the people can sing. On saturday nights DJ Nice is back and Rocks the place, He is so....amazing! It gets so....live that it feels like a club. Many of my friends prefer to go there now then the hot clubs in Hollywood. So next time your looking for a fun place, check out the Draft on tuesday or saturday nights, you wont be disappointed! Pros: Amazing Dj, Great bar more

If you are looking for an awesome bar with a great vibe then this is your place! Constantly offering great deals to make the customers happy :) You can always plan on them covering ALL sports so if you are in the valley and looking for a new place GREAT place to check out I would head The Draft Bar and Grill! more

Rude Service 1/2/2010

I was part of a large group on a busy night. Gratuity had been added to our bill ($54.00) and I added some extra into my portion of the bill. But, I guess that wasn't enough. The server actually ASKED for more. more

Dudes with Attitude and no ladies 10/19/2009

So we stop in for a beer one night, and are sitting at the bar. My SO can't see the names on tap so asked what they were pouring, and the bartender just replies ""read the names."" If she wasn't blind without her contact she would have. When i come out of the bathroom she just wants to leave, but I persuade her to move to a table. Waitress comes over to take our order, but SO is in the bathroom. She comes out grossed out by how dirty it was. And with no women in the place except her and the waitresses, she insists we leave. It was too loud with the game broadcast to talk anyway. Not coming back. Pros: Lots of screens for sports action, nice waitresses Cons: Bartenders from hell more

over rated and over crowed 9/28/2009

My boyfriend and I went here on Sunday to watch our team play since we unfortunately have Time Warner instead of Direct TV and I think every person in the valley without the Sunday ticket was there too. After waiting 45 minutes for a table to leave we had to take one outside in the 110 degree weather, with no breeze because they have put up plastic for the outdoor ""walls"" It was way OVER CROWDED, very SMOKEY, the service was super SLOW, it took 1 HOUR to get our food, 30 MINUTES to get our drinks and our chicken fingers, the main dish, never even came! The waitress had an attitude and was completely aloof to what was going on. Even the manager was cocky and pretentious. To say the least WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED. Sorry to everyone who seems to be a fan. Pros: Has the NFL Sunday Ticket Cons: Every person without it is there. more

saturday nights at this bar are soooo much fun! everytime my friends & i go there we always have a terrific time. the drinks are delicious & CHEAP!!!! the bartenders are also friendly & quick...what more can you ask for?!?! lol i would recommend this bar to anyone who likes to have a good time! Dive bar with rude bartenders 8/17/2009

Was there as part of a large party and they totally ripped us off. We were supposed to get 1/2 price appetizers and the bill came at full price. We were supposed to have music - and they played some fight - for more than 3 hours. Food is standard dive bar fried bar food - not better or worse than elsewhere. Staff was the real problem. Waitresses were nice - and nice looking, but the bartenders need to learn some manners. There is no excuse for rude behavior. Pros: waitresses are easy on the eyes and friendly as well. Not customer service focused!!!! 8/16/2009

The waitress attending us was very nice--too bad she works for a place that did not honor it's commitments to the group. We had i'd say about 80 people (maybe more) there for a party and the promises on drink prices, as well as music were all of a sudden changed by Tim (i think the owner)!!! Bad management!!! Seriously in times times like these you want to keep customers happy and not with a bad taste in their mouth! How do you expect to stay in business if you don't know how to treat people and especially people that bring you very large groups!!!\r \r The bathrooms were GROSS!!! There were also signs saying beware as they may overflow! WTF??!\r \r We left and moved to The FIFTH across the street... what an improvement.\r \r The night at least wasn't totally ruined by that awful place. The Draft S**ks!!! Cons: everything... more

The Draft is Friggin Awesome!!!! 8/1/2009

I have watched many a game at the draft. Everywhere you look there is a TV! It a dream come true. The Pool table is great and usually not crowded. The table also is center stage and not in some obscure side room. So if you are a playa you can strut your stuff. Some nights have beer pong, and the photo booth is always worth the three bucks after a couple beers or cocktails. I really love this bar it is like someone made my home for me!! See you there if it doesn't get too popular like all the good spots. Pros: Just like hanging in the coolest game room ever!! Cons: None I just love it!! more

My fave new place 6/13/2009

As long as the owner/bartenders/wait staff stay the same I will continue to come back. They are all awesome!! The food is fantastic, the drinks are not watered down and they have killer deals. You can see a tv from every seat in the house. This place is truly the best in the valley, if not all of SoCal!!!!! Beware of Bathrooms! 4/15/2009

This is a great local sports bar, but everyone time we go there, I ask myself why we keep coming back because both the ladies and guys restrooms are terrible! This place shut down for a couple months for renevation and they didn't even fix/clean up the broken down, filthy, stinky @ss bathrooms! If you have to go to the bathroom, go across the street to the Fifth.\r \r There have also been a couple occasions when we can't get drinks because there is only 1 bartender. We stood there for 45 minutes and couldn't get a drink or close our tab.\r \r This place could be a lot better if the owner pulls his head out of his @ss! I totally agree with the last review!!! This place is a lot of fun. Great place to hang out and chill with your friends. I have only been to this place on the weekends not during the week yet. \r \r The DJ is awesome. Whatever you ask for he has it and he plays it. And he plays the video to the song. Hello? remember MTV? Well its at the Draft now. HA HA But sunday nights are the best. Old school all night. Love it. Takes you way back. \r \r Food is good and drinks are good. Best Old school music you will ever hear!!! 3/3/2009

This place is the best place to hang out on sunday nights!! Finally a cool local sports bar. Food is damn good. You gotta try the tacos. Great vibe. Cool people. The Dj is hella talented. Does an amazing Old School music video show. He will take you back. This guy know his art!! DJ Eronic. I have been going there for the past few sundays and I'm gonna keep on going. Laker's Valley Bar 2/3/2009

This Draft is a great pick! My buddies and I stopped in to watch the Lakers game. We drank dollar beers during the game and ate Frito-pie. At the end of the night, most of my money went into the old school pop-a-shot?Great Time! more
