DEEP CLEANING 1/1/2012

I don't feel that I received a thorough cleaning during my visit. I still fell some plaque on my teeth. The deep cleaning that was performed on the right side of my mouth was completed within 20 mins. I felt that it should have taken a little longer since it was a deep cleaning. Also, there was no additional cleaning. Such as, cleaning the teeth with tooth paste, dental floss, or floride. My mouth does not feel clean. more

Excellent Dental Care 12/9/2011

I have had, and am having, major dental work, including implants, performed at The Dental Touch and I have had a chance to nit-pic and evaluate just about every aspect of their operation. My first impression was that this was a first class operation with the latest equipment and processes. That impression has not changed over the years. I call my primary dentist "Dr. Mom" because she reminds me of my own mother. The other dentist who occassionally fills in with me has such a beautiful and 'toothy' smile, I call her "Dr. Teeth." Never have I felt so much at home in a medical setting than at The Dental Touch. :) more

My recent visit to The Dental Touch 11/2/2011

I hate going to the dentist! I would rather do just about anything else! This was the most wonderful visit I have ever had having teeth work done. It was relatively quick and most importantly painless! I recommend The Dental touch to everyone. The office is well decorated and very clean. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I have put off going to the dentist for so long out of fear, I wish I would have come in sooner! Thanks to all at this office, especially Dr. Barazi! She was gentle, compassionate, and talked me through all my treatment with explanation of everything! more

I had a pleasant experience with the staff at the dental touch orlando office I sincerely feel they have my best interest at heart even as I waited for my jaw to get numb Kimberly and dr razan barazzi would check on me they both work well together as a team as they performed my extractions and implanted bone graft they both gave me specific instructions on after care also arush at the front desk always has a warm greeting and smile they are very professional and I am glad I came to the dental touch thank you sincerely. I came to The Dental Touch after waiting over a year to get my teeth cleaned and I was impressed by the care of Dr.Barazi and her staff. Dr.Barazi was very caring and knowledgeable in regards to the work I needed on my teeth and was able to explain what needed to be done to take care of and prevent further cavities from developing in the future. I do not recall the name of the RDH who cleaned my teeth but she also did a great job considering I waiting a ling time to get my teeth cleaned! I highly recommend paying a visit to Dr.Barazi and her staff as they will have you in and out in no time and are very professional. more

My pleasant experience with the dental touch 9/9/2011

My experience at the dental touch was professional and great I was greeted with a warm smile by arouch at the front desk as i entered the office. she was very pleasant and helped me with any questions as I departed. During my procedure Dr Barazi explained every thing before performing it on me. I am glad I came to the dental touch. The staff at this office is very nice to me and professional.As a patient I feel at home here. more

Great experience as a first time patient 7/11/2011

As a new patient I came to the dental touch for the first time I work as a medical professional this time I am the patient on the table.I have not seen a dentist for many years therefore I did not know what to expect.upon my walking in to the dental touch I am always greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome there. I would like to thank dr Barazi for her warm greeting an good care of me as a patient the day I received my temporary cap the office was very busy but the staff made sure that my re posey cap was put on just right. This entire experience means a lot to me. I feel every one should know how nice I was treated here at the dental touch just wanted to say thanks sincerely Ray Watson more

AMAZING 7/11/2011

I had a problem with a veneer that I had done overseas. I went to at least 3 different dentists who wanted to charge me from $800 to $1200 just to glue it back. When I entered this place I thought, "oh great tvs, free drinks, fancy" they will charge me thousands..I was AMAZED with the service, the place is state of the art, they even entertained my son so he wouldnt get bored, they charged me less than $130. They used a temporary glue that wa supposed to last a few days and then I had to go back for the real cement( the temporary glue has lasted 13 months!!! lol) I reccomend this place 100% HONEST PEOPLE and VERY PROFESIONAL. DONT WASTE TIME IN OTHER PLACES LIKE I DID! more

Wrong charges 4/21/2011

It was very frustrating dealing with their employee cindy. Who keep charging wrong prices as she will put wrong insurance code and I will pay higher than I am supposed to. I had to wait 3 weeks for her to fix my proposal three times and even on the day of treatment she overcharged $70. When my wife called her she totally refused to understand whatsoever & now we are waiting for Jennifer to call us so We can explain it to her. more
