The Dental Center didn't put pressure to get unnessary expensive work done. It was a good experience for a dental visit not to push for expensive additional work on my teeth. more

Everything was going well until the dentist started the crown work. I was not yet numb & eventually he had to stop because I was in pain. After a 2nd shot, the assistant worked on my sealant while the upper jaw numbed, which went well. When the dentist returned to finish the crown, I was ok for 1/2 of it, and then like nothing was there, I started to feel EVERYTHING. I knew I was bleeding based on the fast I could feel my whole gum on fire. So I told him, & he Novocained for a 3rd time, this time so much that my sinuses went numb. He finished the crown prep, and as the assistant was making the temp crown, the numbing had worn off again, and I felt the whole rest of the procedure, and went home with a massive headache. I did feel much more this time than I ever had before. Maybe due to length of visit, but maybe due to the fact that I am red headed, & I've come across this before that fair-skinned redheads need more anesthesia than other patients. I appreciated the dentists patience and care with me on this, and it did not deter my high regard from the office and their work. more

Dr. Metlzer is very rude and doesn't help patients. I had a very bad experience with him. I will not be back more

This was my second visit to DC Mishawaka. They got me right in to my appointment, and started prepping me for fillings. I had three filling done, one of which was quite large and I was in and out within 40 minutes. It was so fast, my face was numb the whole rest of the morning! My only concern was that the dentist seemed like he had a lot going on all at once and kept having to go back and forth between rooms. But the dental assistant offered me a mag while I waited, but I just worked on my phone until the dentist was able to come check me out and send me on my way. Also, they are great because they take the Notre Dame dental assistant plan, which is the ONLY reason I can get my teeth fixed as a graduate student making barely enough to eat! So I am very thankful to them for being so quick, good at what they do, and helpful! I would honestly recommend this office to anyone, and much more so over the South Bend office. more

All and all I was very pleased with my first visit at The Dental Center of Mishawaka. They provided me with excellent care and treatment, were courteous and sensitive to my fears and concerns and were very helpful in answering any questions that I asked. I was seen in a timely manner and ultimately walked away feeling more at ease about visiting the dentist. more

We enjoy coming into this office because we get right in & out. My daughter is not scared to be there & they treat her as the big girl she is instead of talking over her. more

I love the service and commitment the associates at the Dental Center in Mishawaka have shown me, Their excellent!!! Pretty much pain free, including the injections to numb the sites. Usually that hurts like hell but Dr. Metzler was kind enough to tell me to relax and it didn't hurt at all. Dr. Metzler's assisstants were excellent as well, they were kind and curtious to me...heck, I even got to crack some jokes with them!! Ms. Maureen at the front desk knew who I am by first name, I love that! I have a hard name to remember at times but she actually remembered my name! TRULY THE MOST DEDICATED DENTIST I HAVE BEEN TO!! :-) Excellent job Dr. Metzler and Ladies~ Thank you so much for taking care of me and my teeth! more
