Filling 3/17/2011

I really had a terrible visit and The Dental Center usually does better. It started with a forty minute wait with no explanation as to why I waited for so long. When I finally did get back there, the whole experience felt rushed. I came out with scratches at the corner of my mouth and there was really just no consideration for whether I was uncomfortable or not. My advice...be patient with the patient. more

Very easy people to get along with. Always willing to help with appointments/cancellations or any question I might have. Willing to work with my insurance and myself with payment plans. All personnel are friendly and professional. Good experience. more

Two teeth extracted 2/21/2011

I had to have two teeth extracted on the right side of my mouth. One on the upper and one on the lower. Both of them were the last back teeth in my mouth. Dr. Metzler said,"Ethel, I know I am asking you to do the hardest thing but I want you to relax as much as you can because it will mean less pain afterwards." Well, I tried to do this and you know I didn't have any pain after the extractions and the novacane wore off. It was great!!! more
