The smog test was done in a timely manner by your friendly staff

Didn't fix my problem, after saying they did and charging me, and invited me to file a complaint. I think I will.

My experience with Clovis auto shop was amazing because all the staff are kind and friendly. It didn't take them long to find the problem on my car and they were able to professionally explain the problem to me I will definitely recommend this business to my friends. And I will continue my business with them as well!! I'm a satisfied customer there prices are worth the job more

As usual, the staff at CAS took great care of me. In and out for a smog check in under 30 minutes with a thorough inspection as well. No appointment, no problem. 5 star service, always. more

Professional, friendly auto service 7/28/2015

I decided to come here based on great Yelp reviews and its proximity to the Sierra Vista Mail that I wanted to visit that day. I'm so glad I decided upon this shop. I called beforehand around 10am to see if it would be possible for my Mazda 5 to be checked that day and was informed it would. I arrived there about an hour later and was immediately addressed. My car was able to be checked and serviced all in the same day. I was treated with respect and felt like I could trust my car in their hands. The noise from the brakes that I heard before taking it in were no longer heard after they serviced the car. I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. more

Excellent service! Secured drop off box allows those who work during the week to still get their car fixed ASAP. Vincent was great and he explained everything clearly so that I was able to make an informed decision about my car. I will definitely be returning. more

THEY MAKE THINGS RIGHT 7/3/2015

I took my 95 Blazer in to have the A/C charged, valve cover gaskets replaced cause I had an oil leak they spotted last time I was there and an oil change. To make a long story short my A/C charge didn't even last a day, I explained to VINCE that I had told CHRIS that before it stopped working there was green fluid in the front of the compressor and would it even be worth charging? They charged it and it didn't last a day so Vince assured me they would make it right and take the charges off my account. The guys here have always tried to be very fair with me and work with me on my needs and with this car, I need all the help I can get. THANS GUYS!!!!!!!!!! more

Great Again! 7/1/2015

Have used Clovis Auto Shop for smogs over the past couple of years. They were great then, so now that I needed a transmission I decided to give them a shot. Short answer - VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!! Chris was very clear on my options, did not try to sell me anything stupid, and the car was done CORRECTLY the first time, and several days early. Then Vincent helped me get the car home the day it was finished. All the way around a very good experience! It's great to know there is a repair shop with good, honest folks who still believe in good customer service. Thank you! more

Toyota 2000 6/28/2015

Changed battery and check engine light came on. Would not reset. Took the car in it was dianosed, cost of repair was given.Repairs were made car runs great.Given the cost of everything today. I think the cost of repairs was quite fair. Thank you more

Fast and Courteous 6/26/2015

I was amazed at the time it took to smog my truck. It was so fast. The people were very nice and the whole shop was so clean. A nice change of pace compared to other mechanics I've been to. I'll definitely return when I need my truck worked on. more
