Didn't fix my problem, after saying they did and charging me, and invited me to file a complaint. I think I will.

Exemplary Customer Service 9/25/2015

Exemplary customer service by Chris and all other associates; very comfortable waiting area; and I especially liked their involvement in community outreach. Great first experience and I am very happy to hear there are VW technicians on board. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family. more

Feels like the "neighborhood" shop 9/23/2015

I've spent time in the auto repair business, granted that was 25 years ago. In those days you went to the neighborhood repair shop and that's the feeling I have when I walk in to Clovis Auto Shop. As I look around I feel like the shop is a direct reflection of the owner Rob. In closing, thank you Rob for offering a neighborhood shop, I can trust to offer an honest repair at a fair price. more

Very accommodating!!! 9/18/2015

Detailed inspection of my vehicle, with follow up. Very nice lady at front desk made sure my 3-year-old daughter had a coloring book and crayons. She even (with my permission) gave my daughter some red licorice!!! Knowledgeable technicians, friendly service, and good people. Recommend! more

While repairs on an Audi are rarely ever inexpensive, these guys make it as palatable as possible by providing accurate, up-front estimates on repairs and maintenance that is derived from careful inspection and diagnosis-- even when the car has no on-board computer "codes". Great guys, great work, and my complete confidence. more

Friendly, fast service 9/17/2015

I have always had a positive experience at Clovis Auto Shop. It it clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. This last visit was no different. I was greeted and assisted with kindness. My car was serviced in a timely manner and they even texted me a diagnostic review of my vehicle. Love this place! more
