The Children's Courtyard

The Children's Courtyard has a wonderful Preschool program. My 3 year old is in Jr Pre K, getting ready to move to Pre K. She is writting her name without any assistance and counting to 100. She has gained so much confidence and is able to solve social conflicts. I love they way this program nutures my "whole" child, not just cognitive. It is hard to know who to trust with your children, my daughter asks to go to school to see her teacher each day. She is happy and engaged, not to mention learning. I can work without worring about her. more

We are very happy with this Private Preschool. Our children have been enrolled for more than a year now and we have seen so much communication and involvement with parents. We truly couldn't be happier. If I could get one message across to everyone interested in this Children's Courtyard I would say Please enroll, your children will be very loved and get the best education. more

Please parents DO NOT send your children here. This is your typical chain daycare only interested in overcharging parents and not enriching your child whatsoever. The staff is NOT qualified to be taking care of children. They are mostly very young girls who are totally uninterested in developing these children. My child comes home EVERY day injured and filthy many times in a dirty diaper. In the morning when I drop him off, there are dirty, old broken toys thrown on a table for these poor kids to play with while they scream for their parents. The teacher sits in the corner and zones out. Kids run around with their shoes off and hitting each other. They are SOOOO bored! $1000 a month is a crime to pay for these services. This daycare is ridiculous. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE! more

I cannot believe that this day care is going to walk our kids across this intersection to school every day. The day care gave us less then a day?s notice that this was going to go in to effect. We would not recommend this day care to anyone. They are only interested in the bottom line. We are pulling our kids out ASAP. more

This facility definitely needs to be watched!! The teachers are not enthusiastic to care for the children and so they do a shotty job. Staff do not care to change the children's diapers when soiled, children are not monitored, and most are left really bored and disengaged. In some cases staff take out their frustration on the kids. A very sad situation in dear need of repair. more

I can't recommend this daycare. It has been impossible to resolve issues with the staff. The staff's turnover is so high, which is certainly an issue. The director is uncooperative and is only looking out for the best interest of the company -they refuse to take responsibility for anything. The children aren?t being watched very well. We figured we would be getting better service as their tuition is so expensive but we have yet to get good service. We are currently searching for another center. I know several other families who are also seeking alternative care for the same reasons. more
