Best Happy Hour 6/10/2004

The Chieftain is one of the best happy hour places I have seen in a long time.Their happy hours Drink and food ( you must try their crab cakes)specials changes daily and goes till 8pm every day.But what really makes this place is the atmosphere created by the fun staff.Oh! I almost forgot they have 4 TVs plus a Giant screen to watch sports from all over the world. Pros: Inexpensive, good parking, great food more

Great Irish Pub 9/25/2003

I was back in town on business and once again ended up at the Chieftain. I just love the staff there and not alone those Chieftain Burgers-Hugh and I mean Hugh. Everytime I'm in town I always stop by there and the staff always take good care of me (too good, the shots are a killer) The only draw back was that my favorite waitress (theresa I think) doesn't work there any more. Great personality and a true Irish Rose. Pros: staff, food/drink Cons: parking more

Topsy-Turvy 7/21/2002

This is a really nice pub inside, great decor, not too big not too small, myself and my friends have been going here for nearly a year.It is a genuine Irish Bar, went for the World Cup and the atmosphere was electric. One big drawback is that they change staff waaaaay too often, five or six months is the average, some of the former staff call it the cheaptain, management dont know what they are doing Im told. But it is certainly worth a trip, just dont get too attached to the staff. Pros: Genuine Irish Bar, nice atmosphere, great decor more
