I love coming here. They are so accomodating for my 2 year old. They always offer him a plate of fruit and bread while we wait for our meals. It helps make the waiting easier and dining out an enjoyable experience for all of us. more

The Cheesecake Factory has a great variety of food on their menu (looks like a book with all the pages and choices.) They have an excellent grilled chicken dinner & offer fancy salads and sandwhiches. Their cheesecake is the BEST but around $6.00 a slice or more can be costly. more

This restaurant was a little overpriced, but had great food. The waiter was very nice to my 2 year old and made sure to take his order first so he would not have to wait long. They gave us the check quickly when asked so we could leave before a melt down with a tired child. more

The restaurant was very accommodating to our son. The plate of munchies they brought before his meal arrived was VERY much appreciated. The portions are HUGE and the cheesecake is OMG!delicious :) more

I found the restaurant to be quite child friendly. The restaurant was not super quiet and I felt as though our two year old son could actually talk at HIS level. Also, the server brought out his very own plate of banana slices, mandarin orange segments, and bread at the beginning of our wait. This kept him happy and content until his food came. He was actually appeased for more than 20 minutes! Also, the booth backs were very high so when he stood up and looked around, he wasn't bothering anyone around him. more

Has huge selection of food for adults, but not much for kids more

Although there isn't a dedicated child's menu, there are pages upon pages of food your children will love. We get our daughter chicken tenders or pizza and bring the leftovers home for her dinner and/or snack for later. The atmosphere is loud so you don't feel bad if your kids are somewhat normal loud too. The wait can be long so try and go 15-20 minutes before a rush hour so you can be sure to get seated promptly. Save room for cheesecake! more

The cheesecake Factory is child friendly. The rest. is loud so you don't feel bad about your child making noise. The portions are large but it allows us to take food home and give your kids some dinner or maybe lunch the next day too. more

More than just cheesecake 3/20/2006

Depending on where you sit, the atmosphere can be fairly private to noisy. The hues and fixtures create a lush feel, almost to the point of decadence. We've eaten here at least 10 times, with only one negative incident. Having waited ~40 minutes for our meal, my husband got his Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, which was horridly overcooked; obvious even at a glance. After informing the server, the dish was replaced within 10 minutes with profuse apologies by the server and manager. I'm enamored with the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp, so it is the only dish I've ordered here. The cheesecakes are fabulous, especially the Kahlua. Portions are more than adequate for the price. If you don't want to wait, avoid coming at standard dinner hours. Outside of that, we have always been seated immediately. Pros: Diverse menu, Good service more

Gorgeous! 11/3/2005

This was my first experience at The Cheesecake Factory after hearing lots about it, not sure what to expect. HUGE menu, excellent food, a little pricey but something for everyone. We were seated immediately. Portion sizes were adequate. Only had water - the alcoholic beverages were quite spendy. Pros: Beautiful Atmosphere, HUGE menu, Good Food Cons: a little pricey more

All Hype, Very Expensive 10/17/2004

The restaurant policy is no reservations. We waited over TWO HOURS to be seated. There was no where to sit while waiting. Most of us stood the entire time. Simply ridiculous. We finally got to our table, and the waitress was wonderful. She took our orders promptly and helped make suggestions for the undecided. I was particularly suprised to find diet food on the menu. I had the grilled mahi-mahi, rice and broccoli. One of the members of our party complained that the food wasn't hot, and they made her an entirely new plate of food. I was impressed. Then it was check time. My check was somewhat reasonable compared to the others. My one alcoholic beverage and my entree came to $35. Most of the others had 1-2 alcoholic drinks, entree and a piece of cheesecake and spent close to $60-$70. That was too much for one person. Pros: Good Parking, Legacy Village Cons: , Expensive more

  • In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.
