Just a note to say many thanks for taking care of fluffy & django for us while we were away. They’re very happy to be home, but we can tell they were well taken care of while we were gone – & we like their panty shaves!\r more

I just wanted to let you know how we appreciated the time and energy you spent grooming our cat, Lilly, this past Monday morning. It was a long and not joyful process for Lilly, but she looks fantastic and I’m sure she feels lots better…and she did not even hiss at my husband when we got back home, as is customary, Seriously, thanks also for allowing us to attend and offer our two cents during the grooming process.\r more

I would like to thank you for how wonderful you made Nigel feel when he was there. Because of your wonderful environment, his last few car rides were stress free and happy. In the past, he would always have a miserable trip, short or long, and would make it difficult for us to take him anywhere, including the Vet, only 5 minutes away. He always left your place relaxed and happy.\r more

The staff is friendly and they are very good in handling skittish nervous felines. This is the only place I will take my cats. Sometimes it is only for a nail trim, and other times it has been for a flea bath. I highly recommend them.\r more

I was just going to write to you today and say how pleased I was with Niambh’s grooming! She smells great and no longer has fleas AND her awful mats are gone! She is a happy kitty and I am happy too. I have 3 cats (all with different personalities) that have boarded with The Cats’ Inn several times. Their last stay was for 5+ months while I went through a crazy move and some health issues! The staff was great – allowing me to visit any time during open hours, sending me pictures, and telling me funny stories about my cats. One of my cats went through some mood swings, but the staff seemed very familiar with how to handle the different personalities – so I didn’t feel as though it was a huge problem. My other two cats adjusted rather quickly to their ‘home away from home’ and on some days I wondered if they really even cared that I was coming by to visit – they were having too much fun! I think the favorite hangout places for my cats were on the couch in the playroom or running around on the cat walks as that was always where I’d find them. The Inn even did transportation and took the cats to their vet appointments for me.\r more

Left my cat there for four nights and she ended up at the animal hospital because she was dehydrated. I asked them for a refund and compensation for the vet, but they just sent me an inflammatory, threatening letter, insisting I remove my Yelp review and my BBB complaint, or they would sue me. In addition, they lied to the BBB about the vet's diagnosis and their handling of my cat. more

DO NOT TAKE UR CAT HERE!!! My cat has come home... coughing for the last 3 days. I did not think anything of it..... like this was the first time shes ever coughed. I thought maybe it was just allergies... I read online that its normal... but once its been 3-4 days and shes still sneezing I was getting worried. I called Cat's Inn.... and explained that my cat was sneezing and think she got something from other cats there. The employee stated there was another cat coughing n sneezing so they quarentined her, and after placed our cat in the that room. Now i know our cat had gotten sick from Cat's Inn. I called the cats inn to let them know we are taing are cat to the vet.. and they are refusing to answer our calls. I should have read other reviews on yelp, but i didnt. It seems that this place sint taking the proper care they need to board our loving cats. \r \r If there is other cats sick..... please email me.. i am thinking of getting some legal action going...because obvious there are numerous reviews on other cats sick. \r \r In the begining i wrote a wonderful review... but it seems like maybe I was wrong about the place.\r \r UPDATE:\r \r 8/30/12\r \r So today I got a response from Cat's Inn, about the issue of my cat getting sick. So the resolution that they had was for me to TAKE DOWN MY YELP REVIEW, write them an email that there was no negligence on their part, and that this will be a one time thing for them to compensate on my cat's vet visit and medication. \r \r Well the solution at first was for you Cat's Inn to pay for the vet visit and medication, they told me to take down my yelp review, and gave my husband some excuse that because I am a student it looks like i'm trying to get money out of them. Yes I am a student, I work and so does my husband, I am not looking to get my money.... I DID NOT ASK FOR THE REFUND ON THE CATS VISIT.. just her VET BILL. I'm really hurt that this is their response. On top of that \r \r ""NO I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN MY YELP REVIEW""... what you guys did to my cat is my duty to let other Cat owners know what is actually going on behind at Cat''s Inn. I think the solution you guys should have told me was to rewrite my review. I would have loved to change my review and state how we were able to resolve this matter and that Cat's Inn really cared and stepped up to getting my cat sick, however their solution was for me to take down my review. \r \r SO overall I want nothing from you guys.. the vet visit wont hurt my pocket but I am hoping this yelp review does. more

I was allowed to visit and to see my cats in their favorite spots (usually the couch in the playroom or running around on the cat walks). One of my boys can be a cranky thing and would go through mood swings, but they handled it well and he eventually adjusted. The other two were just having fun! They didn't even seem to care that I would come visit. \r \r What I like about The Cats' Inn is that there are no dogs, so the cats weren't freaking out and it seems to have a calm atmosphere. Also the transportation and the grooming. All my cats had baths and were transported to the vet & back for check ups by the staff at the Inn. So now I have 3 clean and happy kitties in my new home! I definitely recommend this place! more
