Carpet Mill is Fantastic! 12/3/2010

We have bought carpet at the Carpet Mill for both our house and my in-laws these guys are great. The were priced competitively and were a class act from start to finish. They even came back after the job to fix a problem that was my fault-no questions asked. Ask for David he is the man! more

Helpful & Professional 10/14/2010

I had Carpet Mill install carpeting in my halls and on my stairs. My family had used them in the past, and once I got my own place I knew they were the ones I would go to. They did a great job & the installers were very helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. more

terrible to customers 9/20/2010

Please do yourself a favor. Don't do business with them!!!! especially the hardwood flooring section. The guy who was talking to me was so rude and unprofessional. He has no idea how to treat people. I was about to place an order. He took all my credit card information and hang up on me just because I asked if there was any promotion going on. If you are not planning to place a huge order, they don't even want to talk to you. more

great customer service 8/21/2010

I recently bought a carpet from Carpet Mill. The carpet from the manufacturer was flawed and was not noticed after it had been installed. Carpet Mill went the extra mile, tearing out the new carpet and getting a replacement without any issue. They are very focused on ensuring their customer is satisfied. Although it was a inconvenience to wait for a new carpet, the end result was perfect. more
