I have a car, take it to The Care Shop, and they fix it. Several years ago, I had a truck and its air conditioning wasn't working. I took it to The Care Shop and they fixed it. If people ask me where I go, I give them the highest recommendation for The Care Shop. more

I've been going to The Care Shop for quite a few years. I have been very happy with them, since before even Mark was the owner and he was just working there. They go out of their way, bringing me back to work after I drop my vehicle off, or picking me up if I need it. I have recommended them to a lot of people, and now almost everyone here at work uses them. more

The people at The Care Shop responded quickly and did the job quickly within two days. I want an honest person that works on vehicles and I feel like they're the people to do that. My wife knew them previously and we decided to use them. Having dealt with repair people my whole life, I can say they're far and few. The Care Shop is excellent! We have all walked into a repair shop only to feel ignored, and just like a number. I have known Rose for many, many, years now and she truly does care about everyone who walks through the door. At The Care Shop, they are awesome! I had to have an engine replaced, and Mark was fantastic! He shopped around to find the best and most reasonably priced engine. He gave me an excellent warranty and price. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain the whole process to me and it was based on my car's needs as well as my own needs. He broke it down and made it easy for me to understand what he was doing. I am completely comfortable and confident they'll do the right thing when I go there. Mark is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. He is the type of mechanic who takes the time to get to know you and your car. He's like the family doctor, pointing out things that might need addressing in the near future, or things can wait to be fixed. He puts you on a good maintenance plan. I really enjoy the repair facility and the people who work there. Mark is so honest i always feel like what i paid for is exactly what was needed. I have been taking my cars to The Care Shop for probably fifteen years. They are very honest, and I feel safe having them work on my cars. I have had all sorts of cars in to them over the years, and they keep all four of my current vehicles in good repair. I feel really good about the service they provide for me. They are always up front, and even if the cost is higher than I would like it to be, I know I'm not getting the shaft. I receive clear documentation breaking down all the money I spend. Everyone I have recommended to The Care Shop--and that's a lot of people--has been as pleased with the service as I have. Many choose to go there instead of the dealership. I think The Care Shop is great! I have recommended him to several people over the years I've been taking my car there. My car has over two hundred thousand miles on it and Mark keeps it running. I call him the professor because he's so knowledgeable and good at what he does. He is also honest. He takes the time to explain what's wrong and what it will cost to fix it. The Care Shop has done a couple of different jobs for me. He did a complete motor replacement and repair for a Honda Civic. Everything was done professionally and to the specifications discussed. The car is running fine and has had no issues. It didn't need to be brought back to them, and there was a major amount of work being done. We also had another vehicle that we had to test drive to determine what was making the noise I was hearing. We ended up replacing both the left and right wheel bearings on our Suburban. I first went to The Care Shop because I was looking for a low price, high quality alternative to the dealer. They generally come in at a little less than the dealer, and they do good work. The dealer is supposed to do good work, but I was dissatisfied with some of the things they do. I always move to another shop when I feel ripped off, but I haven't moved from The Care Shop in a couple of years. As a non-technical customer it is hard to tell if someone is ripping you off. You have to depend on the honesty of the people there. A few years back I took my car to different shops, and they kept telling me different CV joints were bad. I could see that one of them had been cut with a knife. I don't ever want to go back to those shops again, even if one of them was honest. I have never had an experience like that with The Care Shop, and that is important. They have excellent service, but they do have one little flaw. They are slow getting you from your house to the shop, but that is extremely minor. They are nice, friendly people, and they are honest. That is what counts. They understand that their reputation is very, very important. The fact that I have stayed with them so long is a tribute to their shop. John Cleary more

I have been going to The Care Shop for 15 to 20 years. They seem to be honest, and they explain everything to me. They tell me what the problem is. I have told him that he is a little more expensive than other mechanics, but I go for the reliability. He will also help me out if I call in when stuck on the road, which has happened before. He talked my son and me through some problems, and we were able to get the car going. That is good service. If there is a problem, and it was something that they did, they will honor it.
