Always do good work and keep you updated on needed repairs.

They repaired my car, they did some major repairs that cost around $2500. The price was medium-high. So far everything has been ok.

I'm a fairly new customer to The Care Shop, but they are my first choice whenever my cars act up. I like that they take the time to do things right and when you get your car back you know it's a job done right. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Great experience. 2/20/2013

This was my first experience with The Care Shop. I have a Saturn and I was looking for a facility that could handle repairs efficiently for that model since the dealership network is no longer here. I found them in the Yellow Pages. I took my car down there to get the appropriate work done to meet the smog requirements. They were able to assess the problem accurately, order the correct parts and make the repairs in a timely manner. I was very pleased with everything and will absolutely go back again. more

Great Reviews 2/15/2013

I have been satisfied with the service I have recieved at "The Care Shop". I have only been there for smog service and would like to have my car serviced there for other issues, however the fact that they are not open on weekends is a problem for me as I work the same hours they are open during the week. If I want to have my car serviced there I would need to make special arrangments. This is the reason I have put 4 stars. more

Prompt service. 8/10/2012

I had my car in for repairs, and The Care Shop ended up replacing my front drive-bearings. I took my car to them in the evening, they gave me the estimate the next morning, and they had the work done that day. They were very prompt, they did what they said they would do, and they showed me the problems with the equipment replaced. more

COMPETENT, HONEST & CARING 7/5/2012

Late on a Thursday afternoon, a brake problem forced me to the side of the freeway in Ontario on my way back to Long Beach. I opted for this shop through AAA as they are open until 7 pm. I did not expect the problem would be diagnosed, repaired and that I would be back on the road within an hour. Thank you Mark, Marshall and Rose for such a great experience! Truly 5 star!!! more

Best auto shop I have been to-treated like family 6/14/2012

The Care Shop has fixed my exhaust, done a few oil changes, and a few other things. They are excellent! I feel that I get excellent service while I am there, I am treated well, and the prices are fair. Their pricing is very competitive and is quoted below other shops I have been to. If you need a ride somewhere, they offer a free shuttle as well so you are not stuck at the shop. If you do stay at the shop, it is a really nice relaxing atmosphere. You are treated like family! It is a family owned and run office, with his wife working in the office and his son helping on the cars. Best auto shop I have been to. more

The Care Shop did a great job, was courteous and helpful, and they suggested what should be done. They generated a feeling of trust because they didn't suggest things unless it was completely necessary. I am actually about to take another car down there I had such a positive experience with them. more

Honest, reliable service. 3/14/2012

Mark at The Care Shop is a very honest guy. When he says a job is going to done, it will be done without mistakes. He is right on with his estimates and I know I can rely on him when I drop my car off. I used to live in Ventura county but moved to Corona and left my trusted mechanics behind. I worked in the automotive world for 20 years and knew what I was looking for. I stopped in one day to speak with Mark and quickly discovered how reliable and knowledgeable he was. I like how he says exactly what he is going to do before he does it and knows what the actual cost will be. I highly recommend them. more

They were very informative and helpful. The Care Shop kept me informed and it was a very good experience. I was at AAA and I needed to get a smog check and they recommended The Care Shop. I was happy with the response I got from them on the smog test and choose to use them again. more
