I had trouble even coordinating a time on the phone and then once a guy showed up it didnt get any better. They sent some large out of shape sloppy guy to clean my carpets. He did a horrible job not to mention that he was dripping sweat on my new wood floors going to and from the carpet. I only had two rooms of carpet!!!!! I do not recommend this service! more

Wonderful company to work with! 10/26/2011

The man from The Burns Clean Team was very friendly and really accommodating because I was in the house while he was cleaning. He was very helpful and informative, and explained what he was doing and why. He even moved all the furniture and I didn't have to do any of that myself. Also, the price was great! I am very pleased with the work he did and I'll definitely use him again! more

Easy to work with. 7/21/2011

I used The Burns Clean Team to clean our whole house. It was coordinated all over the phone and I didn't see the final results. They were fast to reply to my message. They were easy to set up an appointment with and they were readily available and professional. I'd use them again. more

BE-CAREFUL WITH THERE SUPERVISOR ON THE TRUCK 7/1/2011

THE HOLE TIME BURNS WAS OVER CLEANING MY HOUSE THE SUPERVISOR WAS WANDERINGS AROUND MY HOUSE AND WOULD NOT STOP LOOKING AND TALKING TO MY WIFE. MY WIFE HAD TO CALL ME TO COME OVER! WE ASKED IF HE WOULD HELP THE OTHER EMPLOYEE BECAUSE HE WAS MAKING MY WIFE FEEL WEIRD HE REPLIED THAT HE WAS THE SUPERVISOR !!! ALL HE DID WAS LOOK AROUND THE HOUSE AND NEVER HELP THE OTHER EMPLOYEE !! I DON'T RECOMMEND BURNS. THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY CREEPY more

Professional, reliable and friendly. 6/27/2011

The Burns Clean Team came out and did a church cleaning for me. I run a commercial cleaning service, and they've been cleaning carpets for me for almost eight months. Any hard spots or stains that return, they will come back out to make it right. They really take care of their customers. Truly a professional company 6/15/2011

My wife & I own our own carpet cleaning in Omaha. We found the Burns Team for our daughter in Lexington. It was a great experiecne. Arrived on time, protected the mop boards as well as door frames. The tech was friendly and presented himself in a very professional manner. The cleaning was outstanding. It really made us envious of the job it did. Truly an outstanding company and performance. I use The Burns Clean Team both on a personal level in my home and as a Property Manager, where I'm constantly referring them and handing out their business cards. I've been using them for about six or seven years, and I love them! Paul is awesome. As the owner, he makes his company run smoothly and everyone is very personable and helpful, not at all like a larger company might be. Whenever I call there, he always recognizes my voice and asks how I'm doing. Touches like that matter so much. I really appreciate that. Plus, nobody else can get a carpet cleaner than they can, I mean it! I can't say enough good things about this company! more

I am very satisfied, especially with the tile & grout cleaning. They were only a few minutes late, but called to let me know that they would be. They also returned after finishing the job to help me close the windows they opened to help with drying. I would love to know what products they recommend for use on tiles and floors to help the good results last longer! Thanks! more

Hidden Charges 11/25/2010

If there is an Issue with the device and if you try to contact them you can never get hold of them to come and see what the problem is..And the worst part is that they are filled with hidden charges.. more
