We were thinking of having the Bryant Co manage our 4 rentals in Fishers/Carmel, so as a test, I contacted them about a listing they offered in Carmel. I made 5 (FIVE) phone call...

Bad Follow Up 5/7/2013

We were thinking of having the Bryant Co manage our 4 rentals in Fishers/Carmel, so as a test, I contacted them about a listing they offered in Carmel. I made 5 (FIVE) phone calls to inquire about this property and NEVER received a call back. Noticed a week later that the rental was removed, called AGAIN to leasing agent to confirm that it was rented, No call back. Needless to say, they will not be managing any of my properties or any of our associates' properties more

Love the House 3/26/2012

I love the house I am renting from The Bryant Co. Every person that helped me get into the house was very kind. I also love that I am allowed to have my dog at the house. I don't have a single complaint yet. more

The Bryant property that I live in is well managed and taken care of. they make sure the home stays in good condition and that I am comfortable while I am here. They have been very diligent about maintenance and I have never really had to ask a thing of them. Very satisfied with my rental and the bryant company. more

Aplus! 2/16/2012

Living in Ohio I cant be there most of the time at my Indianapolis rental. The Bryant company has kept my investment property producing income reliably for several years now. I will be able to pay off my house in the next few months and retire shortly there after on the rental property income. Thanks for helping me achieve that goal Bryant! more

The Bryant Co. is terrible, dishonest and unprofessional 10/4/2011

If you want to be ripped-off, frowned at every time you visit the office, get tangled up in legal proceedings and never have your phone calls or emails returned, hire the Bryant Co. They are the company for you! more

I personally have been so happy with the work of The Bryant Co. that I have welcomed reference calls to myself, so that I can share my experience with prospective clients. To say they give good service is an understatement. Superior service is a better description for the type of service I have had. They have made owning an investment property effortless because of their exceptional organization and responsibility when it comes to my property. more

They have done a great job at keeping my property leased out 100% of the time. They are also good at providing monthly statements to me that covered all of the details of the monthly expenses as well as income. I have never had a discrepancy with any of the charges. As far as I am concerned, The Bryant Co. does a great job at providing excellent management services. more

Great Indi Property Management! 8/11/2011

I have rented in the Indianapolis area for several years now and The Bryant Co. is one of the best management companies I have dealt with. Sure, it may take them a couple of days to get back to me when I have an issue, however I appreciate the fact that they get back to me whether the situation I am calling about is good or bad. All in all I have enjoyed renting from The Bryant Co. and look forward to remaining term of my lease. more

Highly Recommended 8/3/2011

This staff was able to keep my property leased at all times, collecting rent on time and paying our expenses as needed. They also provided monthly income and expense reconciliations. They have kept up a good relationship with my tenants, which helps the tenants stay motivated to maintain my property in good condition. The Bryant Co. is highly recommended in my book. more

By comparison, the Bryant company is a cut above the rest. I have other properties and I wish they were all under Bryant management. They have enabled me to enjoy the income property without any of the hassle or work on my part. more

They have managed 2 of my properties for almost 3 years now. They take exceptional care of everything that comes up and are sure to notify me and consult me on anything serious. Overall I can say that I am very satisfied and happy to do business with them. more

The Bryant Company has helped me with 3 different properties over the past 4 years and I wouldn?t think of finding another management company. Bryant is better than any business ive had manage my homes in the past. more
