Thought we'd try The Brickery again. It seems so popular, maybe it's me? Anyways, we waited for a hostess to come up to the front - 5 minutes, waited for a server to come by our table - 10 minutes (and she wasn't our server, as she told us but would deign to take our drink order) then waited another 10 minutes, for our server to come take our order. At this point, we have our bevs, nothing else on the table and no apologies for the wait. The food (2 sandwiches) took another 20 minutes. So, we are 45 minutes into this dining experience (I am NOT exagerating!) and the frustration is making it difficult to enjoy the food, which is ok.\r
I also noticed other tables looking around for their server and meals as well. No one was getting anything in a timely manner. I guess if you're knocking back a few while you're waiting, it's as good an excuse as any, but, for me it's too aggravating, waiting and wondering what's taking so long and why. Luckily, we didn't need anything else for our meals because the server didn't bother to come by and ask if we were happy.\r

Oh well, their website mentions casual service but this waaaay too casual for me!
Pros: food's pretty good
Cons: service is way too slow
