I am writing this as the only real way to get this business owners attention.
I called the Blind Gallery at the phone number 303-957-5565. On Tuesday August 9th I left three messages on the company?s answering service. After not receiving a reply to my calls I decided that I would call again. This time a reached a man who did not identify himself to me but whom I set an appointment with for Wednesday August 17th at 3:00 PM. I explained that we had a roller shade in our sunroom that was in need of repair. The person I was speaking to seemed to think that this was an issue that he would be able to address and confirmed that he would be at our residence at that time.
Knowing that I had to move my clients around for that date after 3:00 PM on Wednesday I made arrangements and did so.
Arriving at our home at 2:45 PM I waited patiently for this business person to arrive. At 3:15 PM I called the number I had taken off of the City Search information and, again I was placed in a voice mail. I hung up and called out again at which time I reached a man whom did not identify himself but seemed to be aware of the appointment that had been set with me for the roller shade repair.
I asked about his arrival time and he said ?Didn?t Jennifer call you?? I made the technician aware that I had received no call from anyone named Jennifer nor had she left a message for me. He said that he was delayed at a big job in Castle Pines and did not know if he would be able to make the appointment. He asked if there was another time that I might be able to set the appointment and I made him aware that there was not. I also made him aware that I had moved my clients to other appointment times and that I had cancelled a meeting as well to accommodate his appointment time with me. This did not seem to make any difference to him. I asked when he was planning on arriving and he was unable to provide me a time but that he would call when the job was done in Castle Pines. I waited until 6:00 PM and no one ever phoned. It would have been nice if this company had the courtesy to keep the appointments that they make and recognize that theirs is not the only schedule that is important.
