These apartments are convenient to I-40, S.pointe Mall and downtown Durham. Gates with electronic card entry in the evening add security. Apartments are comparable in size and price to many in the area, but have higher ceilings and are generally in better shape. Gym, tennis court, laundry facility and pool on-site. A decent place for students or those just starting out.
