The Auto Hospital has never dissappointed me. 3/22/2016

Same old story: My car had a problem, I took it to the Auto Hospital and they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and at a price that I could afford. This time it was a broken wire in the electrical cable to the lift gate that prevented locking the lift gate. Since I found them I have not taken my car anywhere else for repair. more

We Wouldn't Trust Anyone Else with our Vehicles! 2/19/2016

We love Troy and the gang at The Auto Hospital. They take such great care of us, always explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. We have new vehicles and older trucks, and they take care of all of them. I trust them more than I trust the dealers. They really care about us, our family, and our cars. I recommend The Auto Hospital to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance - we even have them do our regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on our newer cars. We got the list of "recommended services" from the dealer, and I took it to them. They reviewed it and let us know what was "junk add-ons" and what really needed to be done, saving us money. Can't say enough great things about this down to earth trustworthy bunch. more

Service for my Honda Crosstour 1/19/2016

The service was great and I was back on the road in no time! I enjoyed a cup of coffee from the front office's Keureg machine while my daughter and I watched cartoons on the big screen tv. I had an oil change and new wipers put on. All of my major services are done at this shop and I highly recommend them! more

It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I believe that I have finally found one, The Auto Hospital has worked on my car twice now and each time they were honest and did not oversell. The work done was solid and affordable. Being single and not versed in auto repair, I truly appreciate a straight forward company I can count on. THANK YOU! more

Quality Service 11/22/2015

Although the shop is a bit off the beaten track, the service personnel make the trip worthwhile. The first meeting for diagnosis of repair needed was handled quickly, a fair estimate in charges and time were presented in writing. A date scheduled for repair was agreed upon....the work completed in short order. No delays, no excuses needed. The repair work was most acceptable. There has been no return of the problem. more

In terms of working with automotive repair shops, I'd say what I like about Troy the best is that I can trust him to do what needs to be done and only what needs to be done. I never feel like he is trying to upsell me on a job. I always feel like he is trying to give me options, but will tell me what needs to be done in terms of safety. I've gotten to the point with him now where I can say, "if it was your vehicle, do what you would do with that," and he does. I like the decisions he makes. When he says it will be done at a certain time it's done. I can't think of a single time in the 6 or 7 years I've been going to him that I've ever had to take something back. It's always done right the first time. more
